The staff was helpful and tried to make our stay comfortable

The pictures of the rooms are misleading. The room we got was a lot smaller than expected. And there were extra charges we were not aware of before arriving at the hotel.

Lots of room. Full kitchen. Two bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location.

It seemed pretty run down, but it still met the needs we had.

The room we got was not as advertised. The pictures online and room detail we were shown before booking was VERY different than the room we got. Old layout, dated bathroom, small TV in living room, smelled funny, felt dirty.

Very thin walls, noisy

After checking in I found that my Mini suite had no hot water in the shower. I was upgraded to a recently renovated 3bedroom 2 bath suite!

Because of ongoing renovations the lobby was closed and a nearby suite was being utilized for checking in and out. It made me feel a little uneasy as I arrived after dark and was unsure about the situation.

We love the jacuzzi bathtub, the living room with sofabed, kitchen w/ sink microwave,fridge,toaster,coffee maker. Super clean, plenty of towels. Very comfortable and noice free.Close to walmart, restaurants, emergency rooms and Disney.

We didnt have access to tv for 2 days, due to an outage, but the reality is that we always returned late so, no big deal. The beds were a little too hard for our taste, but comfortable enough to have a good rest. Other than that, all good.

Location and price.

The hotel is outdated. But accommodating.

The room was clean, quiet, and close to places of interest.

Had to wait a while before getting checked in because there was only one staff at the front desk.

ceramic floors were very dirty. hotel did not appear to have full vacancy but both nights guests staying in the adjacent room to us. Night 1 -person coughed non-stop Night 2 -small child chatting past midnight and cigarette smoke seeping into our room

Few of the outlets were loose and wouldn't hold a charger in them

Seperate bedrooms, very spacious the kitchen was great , facilities tennis courts swimming pool, close to shops the location was great

Was close to attractions in Orlando.

Some of the pictures on web site matched what I saw. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling and had to "PAY" of on-site activities - mini golf, basketball court to name a couple.

It was very roomy! Easy to fjnd and clean. It even includes washer & dryer! Would book again if visiting that area.

Kitchen faucet leaked.

Great location, very clean

We arrived late in the evening and couldn't find the registration/ check-in desk. Finally figured out it was in the clubhouse and the door was locked. We were finally able to get into the clubhouse and check-in, but the whole process took 30 minutes.

Units are in need of a refurb, tiny pool.

There was so much space for my little ones to run around. It made it a lot easier for them to get some energy out before bedtime and play with all the toys they had accumulated as the week went on! So much better than a regular-sized hotel room.

It’s designed strangely and it made it feel odd in the beginning. But we got used to it and it wasn’t a big deal.

Staff made me felt welcomed. The rooms were larger than expected. Very nice area. Many places a walk away and great eating locations to go to also. Disney springs is like 10 minutes away. Any help you needed was a dial away.

Everything. We needed a hotel that could accommodate more than the typical family of 4 that was close to everything orlando, and this place is it. The 2 bedroom deluxe is an amazing space for the price. We couldn't be happier.

No complaints.

The location; near to Disney.

It's an average room, no bells or whistles but clean and comfortable. Big bonus was the huge jet tub.
