shower hot/cold not adjustable.... needed work. Paint on ceiling in bath was peeling Large stack of supply boxes in hall that had to get around to go to the room

Good location, solid no-frills room that was clean and comfortable.

Walking distance to Universal Studios.

I had to run the water in the shower for about 15 minutes before getting warm water, never was able to get the water hot. Small bugs after leaving coffee cup for a few hours. Breakfast was awful! So much salt in the eggs and sausage. No danish.

Location was just perfect. Shuttle was available at 8:25 AM and pickup at 5:30 PM but it¿s also an easy 15 minutes walk to the park a safe high bridge. The breakfast is definitely a plus. Everything was good and had variety.

They did not have water available which did not make sense considering they have coffee 7/24. Do to Covid limitations they are only cleaning rooms each 2 days and you have to request the service. They do tell you in the checkin.

It was clean, the breakfast was great, and it was a 4 minute drive from universal studios. It was also located very close to lots of other bars and restaurants.

Such a value! No parking fee, free breakfast. Close enough to safely walk to Universal. Already saving up to $50+ a day in parking fees if going to Univ parks.(hotel + uni parking.) Nice safe location. Staff was responsive and kind. Comfy beds!

Minor issues: Faulty shower head that sprayed water outside of tub. Shower water temp never got hot, just warm. Room safe did not work.

Location good, size of room good. Sheets and blankets very old. Room doors are large metal doors, spent many nights in Orlando area at different places and this was not one of the best.

Our room smelled like mold, the toilet clogged three times and sink did not drain. Half the time no one was at the desk after 4 and when we told them about the toilet they gave us a plunger.There was no free breakfast, pastry is not breakfast.
