Baymont by Wyndham Orlando South

They had roaches and we never saw any of the staff we saw no housekeeping all the machines the soda and the ice machines were broke the worst experience ever.

air conditioning didn’t work, pool was under renovation, breakfast was not really continental, waffles we’re disgusting, one functioning light no light bulbs over the sink, confusion of late checkout- 25 or $35

The price

This is not a Wyndham hotel, this is La Quinta and owners changed. I was so disappointed and disgusted. I only book Wyndham hotels for good reason they are amazing hotels, with great staff and amenities. This hotel again is not at all a Wyndham hotel

It was close to my jobsite

Rear entry door to building didn't latch making it unsafe. I never got my deposit back, they keep saying they are working on it, it has been a week.

At least they had breakfast.

Elevators broken. Algae in pool. Bugs in room. Insane TV static.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were FABULOUS. Our car broke down and they were happy to let us have a part delivered there and allowed us to let the mechanic work on it in the parking lot.

Location was ok.

Bright light directly outside of window. The roll down window shade did nothing to keep the light out. Roaches in the bathroom.

Staff is always really nice. Give them a raise for working in that building.

No elevator available. Terrified of bugs because it has that musty roach smell. Definitely needs a remodeling. Also NO HOT TUB! First La Quinta I ever stayed at without a hot tub.

The front desk gentlemen were nice and friendly

The elevator did not work and we were located on the 3rd floor, no ice machines worked, a couple had there dog pee in the stairwell and left it there smelled so bad!

The hotel was cheap and the daily price was reasonable.

The room door did not properly fit the door jam.

Full of cockroaches. Dirty and musty. Bathroom sink drain leaking all over the floor.

The beds were really comfortable and the hotel is very quiet Raceway store across the street is very convenient for snacks and drinks

Ad said pool.. staff said hadn't worked in two years checked in Saturday asked everyday for Maid service didn't get fresh towels or linen or garbage taken out until Thursday

Continental breakfast. Nothing a gluten free person could eat. No yogurt, no fruit, no hard boiled eggs, no Cheerios.

they have cockroaches and bedbugs. No room service, staff was rude. No action was taken after cockroach complaint. No continental breakfast served. Only cereal, which they were out all the time

The location to the Florida Turnpike also the breakfast was awesome.

Light over sink did not work and toilet would not stop running when you flushed it.

The room was smelly, carpet was very dirty. There were roaches in the room. The bathtub was blocked up. Toilet did not flush smoothly. Their website states that late check out was available. When I asked for a late check out, I was told they don't do that
