Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel

not too much. the hotel seemed dated and the room was not what is expected for a four star hotel and a Marriot hotel.

We left a charger in the room and return shortly after realizing it and they said that it wasn't there but there were cleaning people working on the room. The hotel and room were not up to the standard of the hotel level.

Needs a remodel BADLY! Really embarrassing for the Renaissance and Marriott name. The staff tried their best and the lobby is nice enough but the rooms and hallways are a mess. Desperately needs a remodel.

Nicely decorated, bar and restaurant was beautiful. Our room was spacious, bathroom as well.

We stayed on the 6th floor. It was musty smelling getting off the elevator, we saw a large fan going down the hall. Carpeting was very worn. Our room was nice, but the ac/heating was very loud and ran all night. Our bed was pretty firm.

The cleanliness, hospitality and an excellent shuttle service.

While the hotel is located in Orlando, the heart of the Hispanic Community in Central Florida, the hotel didn't have, nor did they offer any alternatives in terms of Spanish speaking TV channels or programs. That alone influenced greatly on my rating.

Staff was great, food was delicious and rooms were very clean. Great location to airport.

Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The bedding was not 4 star quality in the least.There was a fan in the bathroom but it didn't turn on, so bath was steamy and humid. It took hours for the ac to get to desired cool temp.

Location. Pool was heated.

They charge $19.99 a night for parking. The carpets are looking worn. Splits in the seams in the hallway. Dirty carpet in the room.

the bed was ridiculously hard. the on site restaurant did not have good staff: waited (no one in front of me) for 5 minutes before I was seated (staff saw me). check was wrong (waitress did not know the menu). My alacarte item was served off the buffet.

It was a quick check-in proces and the elevators were quick.

Our room was dated. The furniture in the room looked like it was beat up from luggage and carts hitting it. The pool area was dumpy trash all over and in the hedges pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently. I was swimming and found a plastic in

Located conveniently by the Airport. Nice property. Comfortable Room.

Parking Fee is a bit high for Orlando compared to free parking in surrounding hotel properties.

Best thing is the proximity to the airport & the outdoor hottub (except jets didn't work). The food was restaurant for lunch & dinner was pretty good (albeit overpriced). It's near plenty of food options. Nice-sized room & bathroom has aveda products!

We had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast ends at 11. We arrived at 10:52 & they said it's done & could only serve us lunch. 2nd morning we had breakfast buffet. Cold powdered eggs, soggy potatoes, & they said it's not included in room cost. 3 stars, NOT

Terrible room, tiles in bathroom dislodged and dirty. Paint on trim looked like it was done by a 4 year old. Faucet in tub coming out of wall. But a 4 star hotel

BATHROOM TUB, TILE, GROUT, LEAKY FAUCET, RUST STAINS, VERY POOR QUALITY ATTEMPTED REPAIRS..ROOM 514... VERY TIRED RUGS AND PHYSICAL PLANT..

Very well maintained and quiet. The location was perfect to get to the airport for the flight and the shuttle service was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

I did think the buffet breakfast was pricey for the selection. I would think that $12+ would have been more inline instead of $16+.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean ¿¿ even for a constant traveler ¿¿ with high standards which I would categorize myself as. Would recommend staying here with the current managerial staff on 6/12/2022

Excellent staff, best I¿ve seen. Peaceful, well-kept pool area. Airport shuttle. Location and walking distance to restaurants. Comfortable beds/linens. I will definitely seek out this hotel again.

I will never use the service again. Everyone was rude and I would never do it. My husband called directly and we would¿ve gotten a much better price
