- From warm greeting and efficient check in this was a positive experience. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus and part of the reason for choosing this location.

- That my room key got lock every time I left my room
- the elevator was vry slow and only one elevator working
- My window shade being broken and the traffic noise from the highway.
