Staff was nice and polite. Tess at the morning breakfast was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel from the outside, lobby, and hallways appeared clean and relatively updated.

Room was strange (room 213). Seems like it was made for a handicapped individual but only in some areas. Bathroom door was extremely loud, heavy, and creaky. The lighting in the whole room was poor. The lights in the bathroom were very old and rusted. The hotel parking lot was not even 1/4 full leading me to believe the hotel was mostly empty. It appears we're given a mediocre room although multiple rooms were likely available. We only stayed one night and we were tired, so we didn't ask to move.

Room and bathroom had old and delapdated equipment. Toilet was very old and small for a hotel. The inside of the toilet tank was gross. Looked inside because of leak. Breakfast was adequate, but eggs were cold both mornings. The coffee, however was excellent. The organization of breakfast areas was poor. There were 3 toasters in one location so that only one person could toast something at a time, so only need one toaster. The warming trays were not hot enough to keep food warm.

Great location, extremely clean and well-appointed, great value for money! I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling to the Orlando UCF area. The front desk worker who greeted us (I think her name was Jane) when we checked in was fantastic - very kind, professional, and helpful!!
