Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Convention Center

No parking fee

The overall lack of cleanliness and serviceable status of rooms, strong lingering smell akin to marijuana, disorderly conduct from others does not get corrected

Studio apartment style room.

Furniture was beat up and close to falling apart, hair in bathroom, no soap, no dishes or silverware despite having a kitchenette. Housekeeping was only provided every two weeks. Bathroom door did not shut.

The hotel is infested with roaches. The pool doesn?t work. It stinks terribly and there?s no staff.

Close to all parks

Pool closed 2nd day I stayed for 4 nights

It was in a very good location to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The price was very reasonable.

The smell in the hallway. I did not like the fragrance of the air freshner. It was too strong.

It is a great price considering the location! The location is perfect, its near everything u need within walking distance!

IT had roaches, the staff sometimes are no where to be found, the phones in the room don't work and the entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana

Spacious room

Smell, dirtiness, broken bathroom door, beds hard are a rock, no linen on pull out couch, seen roaches in bathroom and advertised breakfast to only find out it was a pre package muffin, pool closed at sun down and not 10pm like most hotels.

The staff was understanding when I told them I could not stay there.

Pictures do not match the actual hotel. Run down. Smell of mildew is very strong.

The Concierge was fabulous attentive to every concern and tried to the extent that she could.

Dirty, complete upgrade is needed.

The room was very spacious

The bathroom shower wasn?t strong weak felt like when was in shower u was going fall threw the floor

The convenience to International drive

Bath tub constantly dripped. Tub and shower head were dirty. Fridge was loud. Not an actual breakfast as mentioned. Just small muffins and oatmeal you had to take to your room and make yourself.

The location is great close to everything, the staff were very accommodating.

The pool was hot and gross, there was cigarette buds, bandages, dead bugs in it. The hot tub was filthy didn?t look like it has been cleaned in a while. The room had sticky floors. The shower had very low water pressure. The room itself was a bit outdated

Not family friendly at all. Lot of bugs. Very unclean. We changed room twice. Nothing worked. No room maintenance.

Lot of cockroaches. None of the appliances worked properly. It was very unclean. Lot of pet hairs all over.

Location

Breakfast bar no hair dryer

Location

The hallways smelled like smoke and you can tell most everything was outdated. However, our room smelled good but bathroom sink wouldnt drain well, floor was dirty, and crevices werent clean.

The location was great and the girls on the night shift were very friendly and chatted with us when we came in late.

Unfortunately it was not work the money. Bugs coming out of the drain, every surface was sticky, dirty bed sheets, visible big piles of dirt. I wish they would at least offer cleaning supplies so I could have not felt so gross.

Staff was very friendly, hotel location is excellent.

Breakfast was mostly grab & go, expected hot breakfast for the stay. Also Internet service had a fee based on speed.

Location staff friendly
