Exit location, clean hotel excellence staff

Great location! Close to shopping, Disney and Universal with very little traffic. We will use this hotel again.

The location.

Black mold or mildew on the ceiling near the air vents. Room smelled like mold.. the kitchen table had syrup on it, had not been properly cleaned. Long hairs on the pillow on the bed. Found a broom and dustpan laying against the wall in closet.... Nasty.

Space and staff and cleaning supplies and full kitchen and easy access to car

I always stayed with these hotels under another name and they were serving breakfast and no charge for parking. I was disappointed

The two bedroom suite was nice and spacious!

Check in process took too long. NO elevators so not ideal for people with families or multiple luggages. Expensive daily parking fee that is not disclosed until checkin!

there was humidity and a smell in the kitchen area.

Cleanliness

The fact that they hold $150.00 on your card and don?t release it back to your account after you check out. I was told to wait up to 30 days. Unacceptable

The room was clean, quaint, and well maintained.

The parking fee is excessive. Especially since it?s self parking and there is no security guard or actual surveillance in place. Just another cash grab.

Hotel was clean. It is super small though for a 2 bedroom.

Rugs were old and could use a shampooing.

Excellent room layouts. Laundry worked well. Great breakfast options. Nice paved courtyard area. Good insulation between rooms. We had noisy neighbors, but only heard them through the window when they would leave the room.

Carpet. Get rid of it, especially not needed on the ground floor.

The bathroom was not clean. Hairs from previous person. The smell was old and musty in the whole room.

Room smelled damp and musty, no elevator, paint peeling outside, tiny bathroom. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Daily parking charge and a $150 hold.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

$15 a day parking fee for a lot that was not gated and there were dozens of cars that did not have parking passes that were parked all night.

Location, clean rooms, friendly employees

Staff it's really nice . room, really clean.
