Location is wonderful.

Headboard was broken, shower leaked into the entry of the room (behind the wall) and the internet was very very slow. I called to switch rooms and the front desk said everything was sold out. Will never go again.

Laundry washer and dryer on site. Room was ok and clean.

Reduced price Buffet for guests at neighboring hotel. Quiet

No early check-in even though it was only 15 minutes before check- in time. Also no late check-out. Paid extra for a deluxe room, there was nothing deluxe about the room.

The remote control for TV was broken. There were only 2 towels.

It was a great value for the price. Close enough to the Convention Center to walk! We parked our car upon arrival and didn't move it until it was time for us to leave town.

I was awakened at night by a loud banging on my door while I was in bed. I called the desk for Security was later informed that it was the Manager and Security trying to force their way into my room because someone smelled Marijuana in the parking lot.

The location and price were great. We appreciated having the fridge in our room as well. They kept the rooms and area clean.

There was not a microwave in the room, but there was one available for anyone to use in a common area, although it was pretty dirty. Pool & hot tub were not in working order during our entire stay.

The location was okay and close to seaworld. Its also a straight shot to the airport.

The room was really small. I was told I would have a microwave when I called in advance a few days prior because I had my 3 young children with me. when I got there I called because there wasnt one in the room. I was tol'd sorry there wont be one.

Nothing the hotel was disgusting

My room was dirty...mold on the ceiling in the bathroom..extremely dirty carpet...smelled back...rust around the tub and toilet...finger nail polish spilled on the table....I will never book this hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone

I will never stay at this hotel again in my life my husband and I went out to the theme parks extended our stay came back and were told we were not allowed to go into our room it had been cleaned out all of our property had been thrown away

The manager laughed and said there was nothing he could do if house cleaning threw out ALL of our clothes and personal belongings

Ac did not blow cold air I had to kill two roaches in the bathroom i turned light on. Disgusting

Not enough toiletries, no cream or sugar for coffee. Some towels we're dingy.

I am surprised that this hotel was only rated two stars. The staff was excellent and courteous, the decor was modern, and the room was immaculate. And of course, it's in the middle of all the action on International Drive. I strongly recommend it.

The room had roaches in it the pillows were round bricks the bed was so uncomfortable

I was charged for an extra night just because my son accidentally left his backpack in the hotel room after I checked out at the correct time. The hotel staff was completely rude to me and refused to give me my money back.

When I arrived the clerk could not access my reservation, I had a long trip and only had 4 hours before I had to wake for an important appointment. The wait was very inconvenient.

Close to a couple of restaurants.

Uncomfortable beds and our room was next door to the loading Bay for the Rosen hotel so it gets pretty noise early in the morning.
