Location and staff was the attendant at the time we were there and couldn't be more helpful and nice

Towels need to be replaced.

Needs renovation. It is loud from all the attractions around to the wee hours

I like is so close to icon park and walking distance to almost every place

The room are so out dated , lights were broken , toilet side ways, door did not close properly, the room needs major work oh the beds were horrible

There were bugs in sink and looked like it had been flooded doors were screwed together

Hotel old and towels and wash clothes old need replaced. Tv reception and channels terrible.

TV did not work General Manager not helpful will not book again ever very rude and condescending on the phone other guests upset during check out with the service do not recommend this place

If I could rate a 0 I would. The room was not clean, it had a strong smell of mildew, I paid for 2 queen beds but got a queen and full, tv didn?t work, lights flicker, bed is noisy, sheets on bed not clean, etc the pictures are a scam

Staff, charged $8.95/night for fees ( should have been included at time of reservation). Old and dated.

In middle of nigh They have sqarred living in room 325 they making a lot noise and fighting. The hotel Clarion staffing and security decide to put out my room because I complaining about noise and fighting Is eviction process going on.

When we checked out

Staff not friendly at all, not clean, actually took the mattress off the frame and put it on the floor to avoid the squeaky box frame.

Clean room

Smelled pot, the noise of the people and when I requested the back side of the hotel, the clerk said I wasn?t able to get the back because of my reservation. I stayed on the backside the night before with the same reservation. Horrible desk clerks!

I requested to be placed in the back, but the clerk stated that my reservation didn?t allow it. I made the same reservation the day before and stayed in the back. I smelled pot, heard a lot of noise and a dog barking in the front. I complained twice!

I never stayed here. This stay was fraudulent to my account. It was reported but nothing happened.

Having my account used to book a room that I never booked or stayed in then asked to do a review of a stay that never happened.

Half the lights in the room didn't work. The door was really hard to shut. The ceiling had water damage. The mini fridge wasn't operational. There was no children's play ground or breakfast as advertised.

the floors are not cleaned, the refrigerator was turned down so much that the "freezer" melted and water came out once opened. the bathroom door kept shedding some brown stuff (i guess insulation) and with a child that is allergic to a lot of things.

It was dirty, loud, seemed a little dangerous at night. The staff will not open the doors at night and had a guard with them in the lobby. That really made you feel unsafe.

Yes. The deposit is invested, so the customer, or guest, if you want to call it that, will have to wait for the deposit to be reimbursed into the account it came from. Then, if it was cash, what happens then?

Run down room, I injured my leg with a metal bed frame that was not properly installed

The mold growing on the ceiling. The pool that was not there( no indoor pool). The coffee bar that was on the website but not there.
