Very close to SeaWorld, restaurants, and shopping. The room seemed clean.

Tired looking room, rips in the carpet from the chair, couches so worn and scary we put sheets over them, the 2nd bedroom must have had mold or something behind the walls causing allergies, 2nd bathroom smelled like a urinal, hot tub cloudy.

very quiet location, you feel like in the jungle, balcony, large rooms. EV charger. We really liked that there was a large toaster oven and air fryer in the room, a real plus and a rarity even in higher end full kitchen suites.

Very old appliances. gym has no free weights. Pool and spa was not working the first 2 days we were there and we had to insist for it to reopen the 3rd day, but to their credit, they reduced the resort fee and accepted to reopen it the 3rd day. Thanks.

High prices for hotel fees for such a lack of things to do, not a very clean property overall (not counting hurricane aftermath, just overall cleanliness) and the absolutely worst hotel bar. Charging a mandatory 20% gratuity for awful service!

Everything was great, very OLD and outdated, but Perfect for the occasion. Not as many wall outlets, but very spacious.

Old looking decor, phone in room was definitely from the 80s needs a major upgrade and remodel.

The location and the price.

The beds are NOT comfortable it was like sleeping on concrete, the AC does not circulate properly in the bedrooms and there were roaches in the kitchen sink. There is construction right next door and they worked all day until 8pm even on the weekend.

Location, friendly staff, pool hours.

Hotel was beautiful and worked great for our family. Great location for the convention center and many of the local attractions.

The only thing that was not perfect is a minor complaint...we were unable to get housekeeping to sweep or wash the floors. After a day at the beach we tracked sand onto the floors and then into our beds.

The room was very old, the furniture looked like it should¿ve been retired 20 years ago, carpeting was torn and pulling up, the pool was subpar

It was a bit out dated and dusty . They could¿ve given more free coffee especially if you¿re staying multiple days . The phone wasn¿t working and the internet wasn¿t that great. The tv had hardly any channels

The staff was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. The room was very clean and we appreciated the clean towels after 1 night stay and the trash being removed from the room.

The room itself needs to be updated but overall very comfortable.

The set up. It was a nice sized space with good outdoor lighting.

I mean, it was a little old, the bedroom had one light on the dresser, so it didn't get very bright when it got dark out, but nothing major to complain about. We did encounter a bug in the bath, but I just killed it and moved on with our day.

once I agreed to non refundable price 3. Mold (shower: shower handle, ceiling, and under toilet seat.).For the extra fee should have chosen another hotel. Raccoon: raccoon 2 feet away from car near building when parking, it stared at me did not move

Great location. Room was updated, spacious & clean. Kids enjoyed pool.

Poolside bar/restaurant was closed. No breakfast. On-site restaurant had limited days & hours
