- We like the layout of the hotel room. It was perfect for our family.
- Very close to SeaWorld, restaurants, and shopping. The room seemed clean.
- They gave me a free upgrade accommodation

- N/A
- Tired looking room, rips in the carpet from the chair, couches so worn and scary we put sheets over them, the 2nd bedroom must have had mold or something behind the walls causing allergies, 2nd bathroom smelled like a urinal, hot tub cloudy.
- Very old appliances. gym has no free weights. Pool and spa was not working the first 2 days we were there and we had to insist for it to reopen the 3rd day, but to their credit, they reduced the resort fee and accepted to reopen it the 3rd day. Thanks.
