Pool

The lobby has a strange odor. Thought it was cigarettes or skunk weed, but decided it might be their signature scent. Not good!

Customer service

All rooms smelled with urine. The television was pixelated. The only working ice machine was on the seventh floor. I suffered throughout the night only to have a serious nose bleed which I reported all accounts t the front desk. There was also a leak

it is beaitufull ,ggret staff, behind bar great staff!

I could hear my next door neihgbour verly clearly talking, for such an expensive room the walls are thin.

Location

No microwave in the rooms, food for the four day conference was horrible (very dry chicken breast) and the WiFi was nonexistent!!

Great Location and restaurants.

The room and bathroom need more cleaning. More lighting in the hallways.

The room ambience was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for catching some sleep before a flight.

Service/restaurant orders took a while as the kitchen was backed up/understaffed.

This hotel was very clean and I was easily able to get a late check out. They offered room service and there was a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Valet was also very helpful! The airport is less than 5 mins away.

It's a little dated looking on the outside but its beautiful inside!

Location and shuttle to the airport

The toilet ran every 5 minutes trying to sleep. I didn't notice it until I shut off the TV, and I did not receive a wake up call I set up. I notified the Hotel at check-out about the toilet.

The pool area was fantastic

The little bar next to the bar was a bit slow. Maybe two people should be staffed there.

Restaurants and lounge. Pool and patio bar.

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly and meet all my accommodations. I will definitely be using the Marriott from now on.

Woman behind desk got milk for the children (free!).

Taking 50 deposit and not yet returned 2days later. Vacuum Behind the chair!! Should have continental breakfast at that price.

The hotel is centrally located from the airport and all types of shopping and food options. The amenities in the conference room we were using were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable.

The conference center was under construction so it was pretty loud during our workshop. The hotel advertises a lake side view but it's just a nice big fountain area. In the fall and winter months, it would be nice to have a heated pool or tub option.

The airport shuttle, location and pool are fantastic.

Rooms are nice but could use a good cleaning, especially the rugs.

All of the staff, from the shuttle bus driver to the pool attendant were all very professional, kind and helpful.

The pool could have been cleaner, the overall feel of the hotel seems to be showing signs of it's age. The rooms were "ok". We discovered that we had an ant problem and the bed linens could have been cleaner, I was itchy all night. Washer/dryers-useless.

our room was listed as 'sleeps five', but I didn't see a pullout couch. Three kids crammed together in a queen.
