Bathroom was small but clean. Pool area was very nice.

Dirty, poor repair, rusted lamps, motel, not a hotel, sketchy parking lot, felt unsafe.

Old fixtures and lack of lighting. The chair to sit in was filthy. Clock radio didn't work.

TV was analog when it worked. The $200.00 fee that was not in my contract.

Hotel room worn, poor upkeep, carpet worn, question cleanliness. Hotel charged resort fee $42 each day for wife and I. Not a resort. Charges $10 for breakfast per person barely beyond continental breakfast. Go somewhere else.

Took almost 2 days for housekeeping to change one bedsheet that smelled like pee

Location was great. Close to Universal Studios. The pool and hot tub were also close to our room.

The room needed a makeover. There is rust in the bathroom, water leaking in the sink. Toilet often didn't flush. Staff wasn't helpful. Didn't clean every other day. Brought wrong size bed sheets. Key card didn't work. Mold in bathroom and closet.

The staff was amazing, swift and super helpful at all times. The hot tub and pool were meticulously clean, and everything was handicap accessible

We had to change floors due to cockroaches and mold on 2nd floor. I am allergic to roach droppings and mold. I lost my voice and needed benadryl. Once on 4th floor, the room was great. The ice machine didn't work.

Outside environment

spider and other insect are running inside the room and kids are very scary. AC is about 20 year back old which is not cooling enough. Shower was very slow and it was not working properly.Stayed for 3 days but no room cleaning was offered.

Location was good near to the studios

There was mold in the washroom. Toilet seat was very worn and water stagnates in the bath. Fridge was very worn as well.

The room was outdated and dirty. The toilet had urine on it from previous guest the coffee maker was filthy, phone did not work and neither did air conditioner

Not much. It was a 2 star hotel at best. Room was dirty and wasn't refurbished in at least 20 years. TV remote was dirty, smoke detector was yellow from filth. Door notices were brown from being there so long and filth. Totally disgusting

Location of the hotel

Rooms had an odor in them. Bed sheets and blankets were old. Walls needed to be repainted. Rusted lamp fixtures. Pull out couch was ripped on the seat cusions and their was no pillows for the couch. Lime and calcium build up on fixtures.

I didnt like hairs in the bathroom. I didnt like the cobwebs in the room. I didnt like the disgusting carpets in the room. I didnt like no maid service. I didnt like when someone came in the room and stole items while we were at Disney.

The had Roches I reported it to front desk, I also showed them a picture. Please accommodate, this hotel was not like picture and it was wore down.

There was nothing about the hotel besides the attraction area. There was no microwave in our room and some rooms had microwave. We had an incident where another guest was harassing us, and we went to the front desk and the worker was nowhere to be found.

The workers are incredibly inconsistent about giving out information to their guests. Also, their continental breakfast was crap and they never had coffee or were always out of something. No heated pool. DO NOT STAY HERE!
