Hampton Inn Orlando-International Airport

Location

There were a few maintenance issues, leaky toilet, dripping bath faucet, but they were fixed. Also, the Do Not Disturb sign was on both sides of the door card! However, we were given an extra 1000 Hilton points for my troubles.

Ease of check in. Airport to hotel shuttle. Morning breakfast

Good Location

Only Down fall is that the hotel charges per day $10 to park your car knowing that they have plenty of parking .

The room smell, the bed sheets smell, can hear from next room.

The Hampton was clean, the personnel friendly, the lobby was pleasant, the location excellent. There are several restaurants within walking distance, a nice convenience store as well as the small marketplace within the hotel. Breakfast was good, too.

The hand-held extension in the shower didn't work, but the shower itself was nice, the bathroom clean.

Musty smell everywhere, obviously a cheaper hotel rebranded as a Hampton Inn to trick people into paying more for less.

Staff was helpful in several aspects. Shuttle driver, Adrian, was helpful in chosing a restaurant for dinner.

Personally love that you can walk to a gift shop, smoke shop and little store plus a few places to eat that are good.

The pool was a bit cold.

Called to get shuttle from airport, clearly told us where to meet and what to look for and arrived promptly. Beds were comfy, breakfast was included, and the kids felt like they had choices they liked too.

Despite having a return shuttle to the airport booked, they overfilled it and we had to wait another round.

Excellent breakfast you have a choice of scramble eggs biscuit sliced bread sausage or bacon oatmeal cereal waffle coffee tea orange juice apple juice banana apple yogurt granola can't ask for any more love it

I was expecting more options for breakfast and would have thought could be offered earlier than 6:00 am since many flights leave early from the airport.

We ordered a 3:30am shuttle, they wrote it down on a log. We were 2 minutes late. I understand that they need to leave, would have preferred they checked with us. Had to take an Uber.

Bathroom was very tiny. Main reason we booked this hotel was to leave our car at hotel and get shuttled to airport but couldn't leave our car and had to bring our car to parking lot. It was a big fiasco and have to pay for parking.
