Hampton Inn closest to Universal Orlando

They advertise shuttle to Universal but the shuttle only does once at 8AM. If you don’t want to go that early you must either drive or do ride share. Also, the hotel rooms are in need of an update.

Location to Universal

Hotel was outdated and unclean. Lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Breakfast ?

I?m not a animal person and they ware dogs I feel that some people put the dogs in the bed and not every one is clean they need to take the animals to a animal hotel but they don?t want to pay extra so they bring them ???

The room was clean and the air conditioning was quiet. Only one small travel size bar of soap for 2 people . Free internet free parking.

The employee serving breakfast was rude. She kept slamming doors and pushing in front of guests as they were getting their food to clean counters already clean The eggs were cooked with cheese and there was no alternative for dairy allergies.Not happy

Relatively new--compared to other Hampton Inns in the area.

One of the two elevators was broken. I had to wait over 5 min for the other one to go up and down.

The hotel advertised a free shuttle service to & from Universal Studios. What they didn't mention was that the shuttle only runs twice a day - once at 8:30am(?) to the park, and once at 5:30pm to the hotel.

The hotel was ok. The clock was not set correctly and the screw was screwed in so tightly we couldn¿t correct it. The cabinet below it was broken. The lobby doesn¿t look like the pictures listed on the site. It¿s much smaller.

Better hotels in the area for the price.

Very clean throughout building. Hallways are well lit, not dingy. Same with bathrooms.

Can't really do much about the entrance to the building; perhaps a bit more clear markings as to the name/entrance to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff

It felt a little worn out. The pillows were terrible.

Great location. Close to the malls and places to eat and drink. Close to universal studios.

The staff was so nice and they were still serving a breakfast when most places are not. We thought the mattress was comfortable and the shower was HOT. Location was convenient to all most everything.

There was some discoloration on the sheets and pillow cases and the hall need air fresheners. Also, we wish we could have used the shuttle to the park. The bed frames could stand to be replaced.

The staff was very kind. I don¿t drink coffee, and they went out of their way to provide hot chocolate for me. I¿m pretty sure someone actually went to the store and bought a big box to make sure it was there for me each morning.

Nope. Everything exceeded expectations.

Staff was great. Hotel was basically spotless and the Neutrogena soaps are always lovely.

Breakfast hours (6:00 AM-9:00 AM) seems a bit early, I didnt see them posted (we missed breakfast one day because we thought it was until 10:00), with limited options. The room tv was a bit outdated and the pillows are always too soft but nothing major

hotel employee was amazing ! Got us checked in quickly and even got my som something for his birthday ! Even texted us to make sure everything was good!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was so sweet, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay there again. Also it's a great location

We checked in at around 12:30 to put our bags at the front desk since we were leaving and wouldn't be back until at least 2am, and they said the room was already ready! We also enjoyed that the hotel breakfast stayed different throughout the weekend.

It was 8am on our check out day and the room service already knocked on our door to clean it.

I love that they offer a complimentary hot breakfast. The food was great and the staff was always smiling.

Close to Universal Studios.Breakfast included. Always very helpful and cheery people at the Hampden Inns.Cabs are reasonable to the park if you do not make their free shuttle . Shuttle runs once in the am , cab ride $6.oo to the park.Free parking.
