Very clean, very affordable, close to all the parks, Earl at the front desk was super helpful he was an absolute delight also, there was a housekeeper who also was normally in the breakfast area is was super friendly and funny we really liked both of them

There was a girl who had pink hair at the front desk one night and she was not very friendly at all.

I love that it is so closely located to universal studio parks.

The abandoned building next door made me slightly uncomfortable, but I realize there were no issues from it. Also, when we arrived the bathroom had a bit of a sewage and mold smell to it. But it looked clean.

The handicap roll-in shower was well designed and easy to use. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was warm and cheerful both on arrival and departure.

Apparently the are 3 Hampton Inns very close to Universal. I looked up what I thought was one with a complimentary shuttle but when I arrived there was no shuttle? I think there is one at another nearby hotel of the same name and it was confusing

Round the clock availability of coffee. Breakfast had multiple options and lot of fresh fruits.

The toiletries, conditioner etc are not refilled during housekeeping. There is no way to see the level of product remaining in the bottles

Breakfast was gross, very crowded and lack of food. Hotel felt dirty - floors in the room especially had dirty carpet tiles.

I found it a little frustrating that out of four different encounters with housekeeping that none of the employees could understand English.

The comforter wouldn?t stay in the duvet cover and we had to remake the bed 3 times for a 2 night visit and the bathroom door (panel/barn style door) would not close all the way and therefore provided limited privacy.

The smell of the room was too much of a disinfectant smell, it smelled like a hospital

Beds were very hard, didn't like the pillows and the drawers were open cage-like so I couldn't put away anything small

The front desk woman was so friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices for hot or cold breakfast.

The corners of the bathroom needed a little more attention with cleaning.

The gentleman that checked us in was the greatest. Our stay was from July 30-August 2.

One of the service desk employee had no intentions of making guests feel comfortable and welcome. The room service wasn?t done until 6:30 PM the only day I requested to be done, and this young lady at the from desk had no interest in helping us out.

We had no maid service for the four nights we stayed there. Also the bathroom door did not have a lock and exhaust fan was not working.
