Location to dr. Phillips center.

The room and hotel were sub-par. No microwave in room. Minimal amenities. No restaurant or breakfast to speak of. Just location.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

The shower spilled out and the toilet was a little hard to flush

The staff at the hotel were very professional and hospitable. They went above and beyond my expectations. Location was perfect and room was spacious and clean I highly recommend Aloft Hotel in downtown Orlando Definitely a 5 star establishment.

The atmosphere was great. Also they had a foster puppy in the cutest dog version of their hotel in the lobby.

The beds were not super comfortable and the cleaning products left a strong smell and sticky floor ... Otherwise it was great.

Front Pool Area

Delayed Check in No Internet Access the entire stay. Problems were poorly communicated and responses to the issues were inconsistent.

The layout of the room was terrific. Really felt spacious and the floor to ceiling windows were a plus. The staff was great, checking in and out were a total breeze! The hallways are spacious and great for meeting up with a group.

Good size room, bed was comfortable.

Room needs some TLC Had an issue with the door lock not working which meant I couldn¿t get into the room without help, every time! Staff didn¿t deal with the issue correctly and it ruined my experience

Cool adaptive reuse of an old office building. Large rooms with high ceilings and mid century architecture.

the TV and the room safe did not work. TV was fixed while I was out but did not discover safe was not working until I need to use it.

Coming into the hotel, right away i noticed the floors were filthy and stained. Wasn¿t a good first impression. In my suite, the pressure of the bathroom sink and shower was weak. Barely any water running.

Dog friendly, staff were so accommodating! Love the decor and ambiance of the lobby/bar.

Just the location of the pool, next to the freeway and orange avenue made it very noisy and a little hard to relax. But at least they have one. I understand that was the only place to put it since it¿s a refurbished OUC building.

Friendly, helpful staff. We liked the bar/lounge downstairs.

Valet even walked my dogs while I checked in! Front desk was very helpful amd the property is beautiful!

Great location to downtown, good amenities, easy ability to get to the room and to the ice machine, good complimentary items in the room, checkout is 12pm instead of 11am.

No parking around the area, cheapest option is valet ($25)

Only the service elevator was working. New elevators won't be functioning until next year. Definitely wasn't worth $--- a night and $25 a day for valet.

Room was not cleaned nor bed made up and towels replaced between first and second night stay. Only chair is armless desk chair. Shower floor is very slippery. No wastebasket in toilet / shower area.

The location was the best! We walked to several bars and restaurants. We ubered. If we needed to go somewhere else.

This hotel is loud. You can very easily hear the people next-door to you, the cars driving by outside, and the people talking down the hall.
