One of the primary reasons for choosing this hotel was the advertised complimentary shuttle service and its proximity to the fairgrounds, specifically 3.6 miles away, as we planned to visit the fairgrounds daily during our three-day stay.Upon arrival, I verified the shuttle service with the front desk, noting our destination was 3.6 miles. I was informed that while the shuttle's range was only 3 miles, but walking the remaining distance would be fine.However, we later learned from the valet staff that the shuttle only operates in the opposite direction of the fairgrounds, despite it being within the advertised 3-mile radius.This misrepresentation was disappointing. Had we been accurately informed of this limitation beforehand, we would have selected alternative accommodations. As a result, we incurred additional expenses for ride-sharing and parking at the fairgrounds, in addition to the hotel parking fees. I think the shuttle information is a little misleading and should be better specified and communicated on the hotel booking information.

Location is great! They have a shuttle to take you to the events at the Kia center. Restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner. Pool and hot tub. Staff is amazing!

Balcony doors are locked at all times you can’t open them, ac is locked so no control in the room, the shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure was struggling to put out water and kept going from hot to cold. $25/night to park is crazy to me. You are already paying to stay there parking should not be additional.

Decent hotel, nothing more, staff exceptional, pool is small, but it has a nice hot jacuzzi adjacent,gym also small, breakfast very poor with limited choices.Not a hotel for walkers as it’s a long way from anything, that’s why they have a shuttle bus which only goes in one direction and not very far.
