Yes, my room was left half clean , the tub stopped up and the water didn't even get hot only luke warm .

None, the sheets and towels had yellow stun on. When arrived for check in no one was at reception and I had to look for receptionist for 45 minutes.

The staff is friendly and helpful, always greet everyone with the warmest smile .

Tub was flooded , but maintenance came through and got it fix .

The front desk staff was super nice and friendly. Also there to help in anyway they can. No roaches or bugs. Close to Universal and restaurants.

Even though they are under construction some things just need to be attended to. Mattresses were very nasty and bed was broke. Furniture is very old. No bag or top to ice bucket. Toilet tank very moldy as well as light mold in showers. No ventilation

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in completely disgusting, mold dirty TV did not work. Phone did not work. Staff was not willing to help smelled like stale cigarettes, in a non-smoking room. Our socks were black from the floor!

Hotel is turning into a dump. There was dirt and dust in corners, the sheet had a nasty spot on it, the size of a softball, who knows what it was. small cockroaches under the microwave, and the building is in need of repairs and a good cleaning inside

The hotel was very dirty you had roaches crawling everywhere the toad was dirty the toilets was dirty the rooms were dirty your feet stick to the floor when you take off your shoes that's how dirty the floor was it was just filthy

Air conditioner in room was leaking. Told someone at the front desk about it but nothing was ever done. Had to use all my towels and a bed sheet to soak up the water to keep it from spreading all over the floor.

The stay was good but the room had some small roaches in the bathroom
