The room had a dank, musty smell that was a bit unpleasant. Beneath the door was an opening that would easily allow bugs to crawl into the room; the seal at the bottom of the door was seemingly worn down.

The location and grounds. We were owners at this place for 27years and this was the only time we have been there, and the room wasn't up to normal standards.

Our room was really musty smelling, and dust was thick on one night stand.

Location

The room smelled extremely musty, and aggravated my allergies; the decor was not as pictured online. The biggest disappointment was the cable was down the entire trip and the TVs are not smart TVs. Had to leave the resort to watch basketball.

The room was very clean. Pools were nice. Having washer/dryer/dishwasher was a plus. The room was in Westgate Blue Tree which I believe has better rooms, both are within same community and share common amenities. Many restaurants, stores within walking..

No Ev charging, but the staff wouldn't even allow to plug in rental car to 110v outlets available. Probably just because the staff has no clue on ev's.

The location was close to everything. Privacy.

Our key pad did not work, we had to wait outside for maintenance to let us in. It was not fixed until the next morning meaning we could not leave until it was fixed. The AC unit made loud noises every 15 minutes keeping us up.

The place was very quiet. Nice area. Definitely close to all attractions- but traffic is very heavy in this area.

needs updating- sofa was very bad shape- you fell in it, hard to get out. The mattresses were horrible I could not sleep at all on the twin bed- very hard and uncomfortable- my son and daughter in law left early. I bought an air mattress

It may have been just our room but the microwave would run for a couple of seconds and shut off. The bedroom, dining room, dishwasher and microwave were all on the same circuit so when the microwave shut down it reset everything on that circuit.

Faulty electrical system.

Nothing. This place was the most disgusting place I¿ve ever stayed at.

Unprofessional staff, the room smelled of mold and felt damp. We asked to switch rooms and the second room was only slightly better smelling but did not feel damp. The beds must be at least 20 years old and you can feel every spring.

Service and location were excellent. A few stains on the rugs. We overlooked it because everything else was awesome for the price. Loved that we could use any pool on the complex! They had Security riding around in a golf carts. Felt safe

Nice pools and spas tubs. Spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Very nice and helpful staff. Full kitchen with everything you need.

Other guests were smoking weed and walking around drunk. There were people climbing from 2nd story balconies to the 3rd. Teenagers were throwing footballs from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Footballs were being thrown in the pool. No security presence!

The property is well kept and offers many things to do. The apartments are nice with plenty of room. The balcony was nice and it was screened in. The kitchen has plenty of room. The location is so close to everything.

Depending on your apartment type the balcony is very small. You can fit 2 people but not comfortably. The pull-out sofa bed was AWEFULL! The mattress was so flat the bars stuck up making it unusable. It was ok to sleep on as a couch.

The location was perfect. I was close to restaurants and shopping places and of course Walmart.

The TV's were too small there were 19in TV's in the bedrooms (too small).

Washer/dryer in unit and balcony chairs were comfortable

Room smelled awful, couch was dirty and smelled so bad we couldn¿t sit on it, bed was horribly uncomfortable, no room to store food in kitchen

There were activities for kids, many pool options, full kitchen, bbq grills.

The towel exchange.

Great location, quiet community, perfect for a family with an infant that needs to take a nap. And right near I-4, so it's great for getting to all of the parks.

Our room was fairly musty if we didn't have the AC down in the mid-50s -- however, I'd likely say this is more of a Florida problem than an issue for the resort.
