Courtyard by Marriott Orlando South/Grande Lakes Area

It was very clean & looked recently remodeled.

The showerhead didnt create enough water pressure, the coffee maker/coffee in the room tasted awful, the HVAC struggled to cool the room enough, the mini fridge froze our drinks & they exploded

knock on wood, we have had multiple very good experiences at this location. Check in has always been inviting and warm, rooms clean and smell fresh, and the little cafe in the lobby has always satisfied.

Pay for parking?? Why? Why do they have to charge so much for food and snacks?

Hotel was nice and clean. Looks just like it does on the photos. Newer built hotel.

Hotel is in a weird area. It?s in the back on an off street. Not close to a lot of attractions. But still an okay location.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with the check-in & checking out process. Though, Wilma upon arrival greeted me with a beautiful smile & was such a pleasure to chat with. She was extremely thorough & helpful with my checking in.

however they didn't offer nor have any courtesy toothbrushes or toothpaste since we forgot ours. There wasn't any tiny bottles of lotion in the bathroom unlike previous stays in other Marriotts.

The front desk attendant doesn’t have any manners about hotels when I asked him for any thing he doesn’t know I am not complaining just report what saw thank you Mostafa Alsayed

Very clean and efficient. They have lots of protocols to prevent the spread of Covid. Friendly staff.

An extra hour for breakfast would have been nice.

Beware, They allow aggressive breeds at this hotel. a man with an extremely aggressive dog circled the pool area then let the dogs leash go and attempted to get the dog into the pool. There is no signage or rules for dog owners No security at all either

Location, staff, and room were great!

I couldn’t set my thermostat below 70 which I thought was weird. The room felt a little too warm throughout the night.

No room service due to COVID is inconvenient if you stay for more than one night. however I wont blame hotel for that.

It is pretty new and the location is convenient. It feels more quiet and out of the way compared to other areas around the theme parks.

Clean, quite, smells good, nice staff over all I wont stay in any other hotel when I visit Orlando. Great time.
