The worst customer service at a reception. Strange people live in the building and marijuana use is extreme, THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS!!! . I asked to speak to the customer and he did not help me.

First room: bed bugs, drug addicts in hallway, DIRTY. 2nd room much improved. Front desk was rude when I was inconvenienced. Followed directions to clear first room and drop key and got attitude for not knowing what she was comping me for.

Our key card didn?t work so much that we had to wait 2 hours to get our whole lock changed.

Mattress and box spring was so worn out, I had to put a pillow in the divet to keep from rolling into my spouse. STAINSSon all bedding, sheets so then in spots you see through. Top sheet was a twin size on queen bed going side to side. Could go on, no rm

Quiet and central location. Nice view from balcony.

Building is old. The room door was sticking. The laundry facility was broken. Only one entrance of to the building would read the key card. Internet was unreliable. Water poured from the ceiling and flooded the kitchen. Bathroom floor was filthy.

The property is centrally located. Convenient to all Orlando attractions.

Property is dated. Some of the previous amenities were no longer available and the staff were not aware of the changes. i.e. ping pong table. Kept getting told the tables were in a different location before someone on the staff acknowledged the table h

It was really close to universal and icon park. We didn't try to food they offered however we noticed it was fairly cheap which was a plus.

Pull out mattress from the couch needed updating, felt like something that's been there since the 80s with all the springs poking you. There was also a weird chemical smell that seemed like it was covering up cigarette smoke from the seemingly old carpet.

Location the amenities in the room if they were in good condition would have been excellent everything you need to stay for a week comfortably. But they were not in good condition and they were so run down was just disgusting.

So old and run down felt like I was in the slums it was terrible. The room was clean and the staff was nice location was good but it is so old Everything Is Broken peeling it just disgusting especially for over $-- a night.

I loved the dishwasher being in the room and the stove as we made breakfast a few mornings.

The smell in room. Slow drain in bathroom. Slow to respond on requests. Card deactivated without notice. Hot water heater noises. No notice of laundry hours. Spot on curtain. Shower hot water was not as hot as the sink in bathroom. Staff had attitude.

Hotel was disgusting, filthy. I upgraded room and when I walked in there were bugs in the shower, carpet was filthy, bed had hair on it. Went back to the front desk and had to pay an additional fee for "another upgrade."

It had pool and hot tub.

Did not like the room. Felt like it was quickly put together.

Overall good location for universal studios

I ended up leaving earlier than my check out due to multiple issues with the room key I had to have my room key replaced four times. Apparently there was something going on with the automatic lock. The room smelled and the couch had stains.

Proximity to parks

They put us in the wrong room and called us twice waking us up to explain this. The room had hair in the tub, was very dated and the beds were terrible.

Very conveniently located. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Much evidence of the need for scheduled and unscheduled routine maintenance.

Clean the bath tub and at least 2 or 3 soap in bathroom, no Disposible glasses in the room, u enter in the room bed smile

At front desk one person we waiting 10 to 15 minutes And free breakfast we went there different place they give to selected items no egg no waffles orange juice just like very old

Indoor pool

The beds were terrible. You could feel the springs. The WiFi did not work.

Location, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and nice sized balcony area.

Stains in tub and bathroom baseboards. Hair found on extra blanket for pullout sofa. Poor water pressure from shower head. Tub instantly started filling during shower due to drain not clear.

We arrived early but we could keep our bags there because check-in wasn't until 3 pm . They have a free shuttle to universal but we walked only 20 minutes away . Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great location
