needs to be upgraded, carpet looks dirty, breakfast though good has slipped

The location is perfect!

I didn’t like the beverages one and a half hour. I rather to have better snacks like hotdogs, meatballs, pizza etc than liquor.

The beds was old the bathroom are old and not like the pictures.

I like the breakfast!

The carpet both in the hallway and the room! I think the hotel needs a updating. You can tell the carpet is old and dirty. I don't know if they steam clean it but it is dirty. We don't have problem with the bed. The linens are clean.

The fact that my room was cancelled after notifying hotel of late arrival and then wanted me to pay again for another room. Took 1.5 hours just for them to get me in a room after travelling for 10+ hours

Everything. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and Icon Park. Amazing breakfast and happy hour.

During my stay at hotel there was a major leak of sewage water coming from the ceiling. Flooded bathroom, fell on us. The toilet and tun often clogged.

The hotel is out dated, has plumbing and leaking issues.

They (the staff) were very friendly to me . And, I liked the variety if options to choose from for the free breakfast.

The smell was terrible. The room also had stains all over the furniture. A roach was in the room as well

The staff, the location/proximity to many amazing things, the beauty of the property, the layout of the suite. I will 100% choose this hotel again for this next stay!

The showerhead did not work well and the tub had some stains. I wish it was a stand up shower with glass door and large showerhead. Additionally he breakfast options were limited. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

my room seemed outdated. The carpet was very old. the air conditioner didn't really work well. Thankfully it was a cool night so we could open the balcony door. There were lots of breakfast options however, the eggs, sausage and potatoes were all cold
