The price

Not being told by the front desk that there was a $20 resort fee prior to booking and I call twice prior to booking and asked if there were any additional fees e.g. parking, resort charges and deposit when checking in was tol extra fees and $50 deposit

When checking in the manager and staff acknowledged me but continued to go about some business leaving me standing there are the counter while they were working on something together instead of checking me in.

The pool is amazing and the staff were really great. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and bug free.

No fitness area but it's a budget hotel so that's normal and no laundry.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and courteous.

The beds had bugs crawling.on them. I thought they were bedbugs but later identified them to be fleas because they jumped.

Room wasn't cleaned properly microwave came on by itself. The room had a awful odor. The headboards were nasty.

Location was great, close to all major theme parks and local attractions.

Repeatedly asked for towels and trash bags but never got them unless going to the front to retrieve them.

The location worked. I needed a place for 2 nights within walking distance 4 points hotel, where My mom was staying. The front desk manager, Robert and the general manager, Bismarck were helpful after I was injured by a piece of out from under the bed

I hit my left leg above my ankle on a piece of bedframe that was sticking out 3 inches. I notified the managers, they said I would get a full refund. Still waiting for that. Will have my leg looked at by a doctor March 25 when I return home to Colorado

Very clean and good breakfast, nice big pool and free shuttle to theme parks. Great price!

Location, covvenience

Beds were cratered in the center, sinking all way to base. Back was wrecked for entire stay. Offered to change rooms, others had the same issue. My back was a wreck for entire stay. If beds were decent, it was tolerable.

The room felt sticky and moist even though the AC was on

The staff was very responsive to my needs and the location was excellent for getting to and from Universal Orlando.

The hotel was dated, which usually is not a major issue for me but certain things did need to be addressed like rust on the bed side lamps and shoddy dry wall / plaster work on the walls in the room.

Pool area nice, breakfast was decent. Plenty of beverage options, cereal, waffles, muffins, toast , and a fruit, no meat. No hidden fees or holds required. Staff was nice. Good for the price

Loved the pool, kid sprinkler and play structure. Good breakfast too!

Shower curtain way too high No extractor fan in bathroom

Everything. Outdated, room had a horrible odor. Bathroom was dirty. I considered sleeping in my vehicle. Laid in bed and it immediately started creaking as if i was sleeping on metal.

Nothing. Why? Because when I went to check in around 1 pm they told me the rooms were still being cleaned and to come back later. I come back around 9 pm and was then told there were no rooms available. The lady that night was rude and not helpful.

I never got to check in or stay. Although my money was taken. Never got refunded. Made my trip complicated.

They added waffles to the free breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, hot/cold cereal, toast, muffins, juices, milk, coffee and tea. Hotel has outdoor pool with kids play area and choice of king or 2 queen beds

Free shuttle to Universal only 1 mile away. Nice quiet clean room with fridge and microwave. Free hot breakfast with gourmet coffee. The pool was awesome! Staff was so friendly. Fast WiFi. Bargain price and fantastic vacation!

Room was dirty , hair in shower , floors weren't swept. Mattresses were springs with sheets covering them at best. Could run ac because made room smell like mold.
