Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport

Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. The location was great and they had a free shuttle to the airport. They also have a nice pool area, fridge and microwave in the room and a small market for snacks.

I could hear people in other rooms using the bathroom and their toilet being flushed, one of the TVs didn’t work, there was a slight odor in the room and no full length mirror.

Location was the best part and breakfast included.

The front desk person was rude and not helpful. Exact phrase like " what now" and facial expressions. Also airport shuttle never came. We waited 15 mins after the hour and nothing.

The alarm went off on Christmas night. It was so scary and we had to exit the hotel. One clerk was saying it was safe to go back to room but the other said the fire department was on way.

pool was freezing! room was smaller than expected and adults pay $15 for the same continental breakfast that is free at other Marriott properties (such as Springhill Suites).

Extra resort fee, when not using any resort benefits. Extra parking fee not included in original book. These suddenly make the cost "non-competitive" and I will choose another hotel next time due to this. $---tax ended up over $--- - too much!

Hotel room layout was nice for our five person family.

Walls were paper thin. We hear everything said in the room next to us. We booked with continental breakfast but in the morning was told it cost $18 per person. We even had the info saying it was included.

First room smelled like wet pool towels and was extremely humid. We left and came back hours later, layed on the beds they were damp. Second room also smelled like wet old towels and the ac unit wouldnt cool down the room. No free breakfast or parking.

Hotel was more of a 2.5 star hotel, pretty dated and had a bad smell. We had a quick stay before an early flight but expected a nicer hotel from a Sheraton.

First impressions are lasting ones. The hotel smelled extremely well throughout. Food was very good.

Need more help in the restaurant. Serving guests took a long time but the food was worth it.

I did not like having to pay $12 to park as a staying guest. The mattress on the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced badly, you sleep on the springs, that is how bad the mattress is worn.

Was surprised by the fact that there¿s full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower! Definitely one less thing for customers to worry about!

Didn¿t have enough tissue or toilet paper in room for replacement. Didn¿t like the fact that I had to contact the front desk.

The overall hotel was very nice, location was good, amenities were good.

We stayed for 3 nights along with another couple and none of us, ever received any maid service to our room, no trash take out, no fresh towels or any maid service of any kind. This was a bit disappointing for the amount of cost of the room.

Other than the hair in the bathroom, rest of it was very clean. Comfortable bed and great location.

There was a clump of black hair in the bathroom. The trash bags were draped over the trash cans so I had to place them in the trash cans so they could be properly used. Remote for bedroom tv didn¿t work.

Not clean. I know what previous guest did. Dirty towels in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk, they change the room but stained and dirty mattress. I professional staff too.
