Location was great staff was great place was clean and the room was fantastic

Only issue that I had was they charged at 35 dollar parking fee that I wasn’t aware of and they had their own parking lot so that’s pretty ridiculous

The staff is the kindest and it’s always clean. The hotel amenities are worth just using the hotel as our vacation. We booked an extra night just to experience more. Also hotel employee at the reign pool bar was superior!!!!

Yes, the Parking fee. I don’t understand why I need to pay $70 to park my car to stay at your hotel for 2 nights. If I would of known that I would of not stayed there.

The staff who greeted us in the evening the first night was very rude. We got in very late after a 5 hr delay and we?re exhausted and he was very rude , not inviting, messed up our room details. The second night the lady was very nice .

Web site stated a $50 refundable fee for incidentals. The hotel charges $100 PER NIGHT refundable fee for incidentals. Even though it is refundable, $100 PER NIGHT is excessive!

Wish there were bathtubs in king rooms

The service is great, everyone is so nice & accommodating. It?s always very clean here too, the lobby always smells so nice walking in. I love the decor too.

I just wish the king rooms had bathtubs instead of stall shower only.

Unusual, beautiful building architecture. Very convenient parking. Great location near many attractions and places to eat.

As with most hotels, there are not enough wall hooks in the bathroom for everyone's towels and other items such a travel toiletry case.

The decor was really unique, and there was a lively bar downstairs.

The room wasn't vacuumed very well, as I found a used band-aid and an earring on the floor. The housekeeping staff had a loud radio program playing and were shouting loudly to one another.

It¿s not an ordinary hotel. The interior design is far different especially in the hotel room! I loved it so much, it gave me ideas for my own bedroom. Hint ¿ shortcut to international drive - go to the pool area and follow the pavement trail.

The very friendly and helpful staff, the room exceeded our expectations, function and cleanliness. The location of the hotel is great (surrounded by many easy to get to restaurants), very accessible and easy to find/locate hotel.

The front desk help was wonderful.

Its decor I thought was extremely dark and twisted. Although very unique, I Would not recommend to people with children. This hotel is much more appropriate for Adults only.

The experience was wonderful for me and my daughters. the staff was nice, friendly, hotel was clean, great location, we will be back soon!
