We felt like hostages after we book, because less then 24 hour we wanted to cancel the booking because your price you give us when up by the host place, and did not know it has a three story townhouse not a house my family and I looking for kids grandma.

Really nice condo, spacious and with nice facility, really good location near Universal Parks and near drug stores and cafes, great resort with pool and near a lake, seamless checkin and checkout experience.

One furniture piece had some dust on it, the sofa is comfortable but a bit low

It was close to Epic park and was nice to have a poolAnd gym

It wasn’t well kept up with and was dirty. Lights didn’t work and things were in poor condition . We found hairs in the bathroom area when we arrived. The bathroom vanities are ADA height on a third floor with no elevator. It was uncomfortable to use them .

The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Overall experience was amazing in this apartment. The communal facilities are great whether you are a couple or a young family. Location was great, within a short Uber ride from everything Universal and fairly close to Disney. The parade of shops next to the complex offers huge convenience for groceries, as well as offering great dining options when we were feeling tired from walking around the parks and didn't want to travel too far.

The workers outside, the WiFi was awful (struggled to connect) Didn’t have to pay a deposit.

Everything!! It was very beautiful and clean. Close to the convention center and walking distance to restaurants or a minute drive to restaurants. Close to universal studios.

Staff was great and happy to accommodate our early arrival with ease. Place was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed

Online help was very good an fixed a couple of issues quickly. Great space and facilities

The Booking.com site didn't make clear that the pool was closed, the company site did, and this was an error from Booking.com/ There was an alternative 10 minutes away. Most of the facilities were good, not 5 star though. A full length mirror, a drying rack for clothes and an electric kettle would have been great.

This property was posting as having a hot tub, it does not. It has an extra large standard bath tub which the property manger insisted was a hot tub. The legal definition of a hot tub is a jetted tub. She kept insisting that her unit had a hot tub without jets. There is no such thing as a hot tub without jets by legal definition. Also , the dishwasher didn’t work, the toilet in the master bedroom kept sticking and the air conditioning is locked in preprogrammed at 76 degrees which is stifling hot . We were roasting the entire stay

it was nice and peaceful easy to get to and was close to Disney universal a Walgreens was close by with in walking distance for things you may need. a gas station right across the street and lots of shopping super close by.

I liked everything no complaints

Location is pretty central, close to many restaurants and shops. Spacious with nice kitchen and common area for family gathering. Balcony is nice with view to the pond and walking trail. Very convenient to do laundry with washer and dryer within the unit.

May need some minor update to the bathroom, toilet has running water, shower needs some place to put shampoo and body wash, etc.

The rooms and layout everything was nice.

It was pretty dirty, dusty, trash behind beds, under tables, sofa etc. Towels had hairs!! Dishes had to be washed because they were super dirty. Seems like after every stay they just surface clean. The place needs a deep clean!

Loved the location. It is next to International Drive yet not as busy. Restaurants are near-by. There was a game room on premise connected to the pool area so I was able to be with family no mater which activity they chose. The children loved it! There was a nice trail for running or walking and a basketball court nearby. The condos were beautiful and spacious enough for other family to visit. It is close to Sea World. We were able to watch evening fire works from our lake view balcony. I took the time and went for a last minute foot reflexology appt at Angel Hands Wellness Massage Spa that was a treat from a family member which was an absolutely wonderful experience! This trip is a definite do over!

The bed spread and sheets were not all clean in one unit. Finding the buildings for our rooms was a little frustrating. Two rooms were nearby, but in different buildings, but, the third room was in a different area of the property and behind a different gate. We figured it out.

I have arthritis in both of my knees and everything was very low ? but I really enjoyed being there with my family

very unclean, duvets covers all stained, walls marked with what appears to be blood?,floors were filthy, so much that an attached photo shows you what filth our feet picked up when walking barefoot in the apartment!hairs all in the bath,toilet not clean,looked like it hadn’t been dusted in ages, kitchen cupboards looked all wonky and draws not the best to open, laundry room…..washing machine filthy,blinds didn’t come all the way down in the living area, when you’re on the ground floor people could see in?very unhappy with what we paid and what we got!I will be expecting compensation!The picture below is of water in a red bucket….this was how filthy the floors were and we had to wash them the first night, this is not acceptable and you have the audacity to charge what you do??

We rented a beautiful apartment and it worked well for a family group. Very spacious with nice decorating. Big dining table and two conversation areas. The pool was large and useable even with a crowd there.

Goodness! With as wonderful as the place was the advance multi page contract, rules and instructions required an advance degree to wade through. Email after email kept arriving with more verbiage to read. It was like having a stay at Fort Knox. Absolutely ridiculous and I would forego a repeat visit there for those reasons alone, besides which it was extremely pricey. Someone needs to retool all their advance directives and streamline the process. You just go in thinking you’ll end up with a huge fine for missing some small detail.
