Friendly, accommodating staff, clean, spacious rooms, variety of breakfast options, and the pool!
I liked the location, close to a lot of dining options and close to the Disney theme parks.

Cons -

Had to ask for towels and wash clothes (didn't get the wash clothes)
The HVAC system was located in a utility closet in the bedroom and it was a little noisy. We were aware of it but it was not disruptive.
The hotel seems to have had some recent updates but they were poorly done. The room had an overal unclean feeling, ants at all the water sources, it was hot, the hotel overall smelled like it had water damage and was musty, and very warm.

The only complaint that I have is how hard/firm the beds are. The mattress on the bed made it very difficult to get a full good night sleep. But to be fair almost every hotel that I have stayed in has this same issue
