They have your needs in mind, first hotel ever where things you did not know that you needed are already provided so, no worries. Some like an umbrella for your rainy days. It is not just a hotel , it is Villa-hotel. It is not average, it is excellent!!

Water slides need more water. Smoke alarm started chirping at 2am on the final night. Elevator is clunky

low value for money for our expectations and relative to other hotels nearby, no service although requested, towels and linens too small and not sufficient, no food options onsite, no indoor area to hang

bad. room wasnt ready when we tried to check in (was past 6p), fire alarms chirping in the room, toilets clogged, trash all around the pool area, food horrendous and the only people at the bar are the staff on the clock eating their shift meal and watching videos on theor phone. i could go on, booked a shuttle to universal from the hotel at 9am, just never showed up.

Reservation didn’t exist for whatever reason with booking. Wasn’t offered any alternative or solution, just blamed booking and left me to find another option.

The kids like the water park area

I had to call over 7 times for issues, most weren’t resolved or addressed. All their activities were surrounded holidays and everyone doesn’t celebrate holidays.

It was close to all the restaurants and amusement park. New building was nicely decorated and roomy. Enjoyed the apartment look and screened in porch. Everything was located in between the apartments and that made it easy to access. My son really enjoyed the themed bunk bed in the room. Hope to stay in one with the Legos bunk bed soon.

I was right by the playground so I couldn't enjoy a quieter morning after a late night drive to get to Orlando. Needed a little more privacy for me to relax.

From the moment we arrived at the gate of the Villatel complex, we were treated with kindness. The property is well manicured and clean. The ease of check in was due to the helpfulness of Kerwin. She was a gem. The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was immaculate. It was spacious and extremely clean. Modern furniture and appliances. The decor throughout the entire space was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. My 10 year old son loved the themed room with the arcade game inside. We wish we were able to stay longer than 2 days and enjoy the additional amenities on site, however, that just gives us an excuse to go back! Villatel has become our Orlando home away from home.

I have no complaints. Yet something worth noting as I didn't see anything written in their specific policy, is that although we paid in full prior to arrival, there was a $100 incidental charge held on the card used to pay with. Although this is common practice with most hotels, resorts, etc, the amounts vary depending on where you're staying.

Everything was clean. Decor and landscape was beautiful. Rooms were large and comfortable.
