Easy check in, good location, rooms are spacious

The rooms need to be updated.. very humid inside the room.. a/c was not that cold.. the room smells weird. Kitchenette had very old appliances. Old couches. Carpet smells bad.

Every staff member was kind, accommodating, very respectful, & made me and my children feel like we were at home away from home. I nearly forgot the whole trip was a business trip due to the friendly environment. Highly recommend this location & that’s why I love to use this location from time to time.

The room was a good size, has a bath and shower, kitchenette, breakfast included. Plenty of parking, the staff very helpful,

The rooms are quite dated and not really holiday accommodation. In our room the fridge freezer made an awful racket switching on and off during the night. A bit far from the main Orlando activities. Because it's meant as medium to long term accommodation people can keep pets there so our location had a very doggy smell.

It was a good location and everything was nearby

I think eventually the carpet be replaced other than that it was good

It’s convenient location and ease of access and cheep price.

The room smelt like urine, window was off its track so the whole window came off when I opened it to air out the smell. AC unit is angled to the bed so it blew dust and dirt all over it so it was very difficult to sleep in it. Fridge was covered in dirt and grime. The walls are super thin so you could hear the neighbors conversation when they’re talking at normal volume. Glad I only had to stay for one night

The beds were lumpy the faucet leaked and the drawers were dirty and the curtain on the window by my bed didn't close all the way so I used a hair tie to keep it closed
