The view of golf course and the neighborhood. The furniture way too old. Only basic cable.

First room had ants. Second room good view. But tv not good. Old cabinets

Its hard to put your finger on it. Everything seems to be just right. I think its usually called attention to detail. It feels like Arnold insisted nothing be overlooked. Awesome appointments and memorabilia of the life and times of Arni

F&B is over the top pricey. JMHO

Staff treated guests very well. Service great. Rooms a little dated but clean. Golf course in good shape.

Not that we spent much time in the room but the Tv in room somewhat small.

Classic resort, nice and quiet very relaxing atmosphere . Course is a must play

Convenient and no resort fees, parking fees, or hidden fees. Additionally, the facilities are more resort than country club, but the history and all of the memorabilia from Arnold Palmer's life is amazing, even if you're not a golf fan.

The room smelled musty when you enter.

The staff were friendly and efficient ensuring that my stay was great. the room was clean and of a good size, the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy.

I am struggling to come up with anything I didn't like. As I stated above the staff and room were great. The breakfast was also good

The rooms are dated I say it every time I visit, I appreciate they want to retain the legacy of Mr Palmer and that is a good thing but it is time to update the bedrooms, there have been some improvements since our last visit, improved WiFi, better TV’s and USB ports but I still think a little modernisation would go a long way

Great place! Everything was spectacular except the checkout. The Bill was incorrect and I’m still trying to get it corrected. They charged us twice for golf which was $596.40. Spoke to Adam who assured me after checking we were correct to have the bill corrected. A new bill came with same price and errors. I was told a manager would correct it which he or she never did. After a third contact phone call which we spoke to Cat. She’s saying she can’t fix the bill because she needs a manager and there’s none on the property. I’m extremely frustrated with this entire process and will NEVER be a guest there again.

Beautiful greens and course . Staff was very friendly

Beds are super uncomfortable and tv in rooms are very old small and outdated. Our rooms also had some bugs in it that was addressed and cleaned.. the overall maintenance of the hotel needs some updating
