Florida Hotel & Conference Center in the Florida Mall

The rim has water damage above the window that needs repaired abs it appeared to have failed attempt of previous repair

The comforter on the bed was full of mold. We have pictures from it. Staff said it wasn¿t mold.

We¿ve stayed at the Florida Hotel a few times for a conference. Staff is so friendly and always takes good care of our group. The hotel itself is beautiful. Restaurant and bar arevgreat. Having the beautiful mall attached to the hotel is so convenient.

Check in. Arrived 20 minutes early and refused check in until 4:00pm. 4:00pm massive line to check in.Housekeeping poor

The pool was freezing and no breakfast included

Excelente hotel, very clean rooms and hotel overall. The front desk service is exceptional. Rooms are big , clean, and confortable. The outdoor pool is also great. It is a very large pool, with lots of sitting area and chairs. The is also a hot pool next to the pool where you can relax. Moreover there is a huge mall attached to the hotel. You can walk directly from the hotel to the mall for shipping or grab food. The hotel also has an startbucks inside and a chick fill ate plus the hotel restaurant.

The hotel's location allowed me to walk to the mall if I needed anything. The room was a good size and very clean.The bathroom was also a good size.

The bellman was very rude. I didn't get his name.older man, African American man. I had to ask for my bags in storage, and he acted like he didn't hear me, and I was in close face-to-face range of him.Also, my son asked the same bellman for a trolley to bring our luggage down and was told that someone I was with had already got one, so he didn't need one. Although the person my son was with wasn't in the same room as my son and me.

Easily accessible to the mall. Staff are friendly and helpful. My family and I come every year

Convenient to everything, clean, great view from the room, the beds are very comfortable and the staff was exceptional.

Great location for relaxing and shopping. Food excellent ate there every night. Facilities were very pleasant. Rooms very clean and fresh, plenty of space to relax in. Visit here every year.
