Convenience to where I needed to be. A nice, clean hotel with great food and service.

I wish breakfast was included.

The layout of the room and the excellent staff during our stay at this hotel. From checking into the hotel, buying drinks and snacks in the lobby to the checking out. The staff did a really good job of making you feel at home during your stay.

The only issue we had with the room was that the mini fridge did not work. We reported to the front desk and within 15 minutes of the on duty technician it was replaced.

It was modern and decorated very cool.

My room air conditioner was broken. It made incredibly loud noise and wouldn’t stop. I couldn’t sleep at all. Had to call maintenance at 1am— he couldn’t fix it and there wasn’t any room they could move us too. They also have not responded to my recent inquiry.

Staying at the same time as a corporate event, loud music outside until 10pm when we were trying to sleep. Ended promptly and don’t think that’s the norm but it was annoying trying to get to bed for an early flight.

My husband and I stayed at this property for one night. We were in town to attend tennis workshops at the USTA National Campus. This is an excellent location if you are going to USTA. The rooms are larger than they appear in the website photos. We were pleasantly surprised with the space for the bed area and the bathroom. The outdoor areas are also pleasant - we enjoyed a quieter time sitting near the pool. Also provided is a small store where we could purchase wine, snacks, etc. We recommend this property.

The layout of the Hotel, property and room were fantastic. I can tell a lot of time went into the layout as the room for a small space were perfect for every need. The check in and out ladies were so friendly and accommodating. So many nice places to sit and talk/charge phone. Very clean and comfortable.I loved the check out time as it allowed us to sleep in. Perfect location with several places to choose to eat. Close to the airport and way from all the traffic near the park, yet still close enough where you dont have to drive to far to get to everything.

The only cons are very small. I did not like the no clock in room. I dont want to have to reach for a phone. It is nice to see a clock on side table or wall. Also the doors are nice and heavy so the close loudly. I did keep waking up all night due to the slamming of others doors. I dont think it is on purpose just they are heavy. I believe we stayed in a noisy room by the elevator. So I did wake up a lot during the night. I will ask for a quiet room next visit.

Convenient room layout, ammenities, and clean rooms. Work out room was nice. Nice pool area.

No comfortable chairs and I tried them all in and out. Ac unit blew on the bed. Noisy bar area. No info about the area.

Very clean and modern with a beautiful pool and fun activities in the lobby.

The bar staff in the lobby was not very friendly.

Location to Nemours

Front desk staff acted like speaking with you was a pain in their ass. Not friendly at all. Screaming kids in the lobby area. People drinking booze everywhere, some shouldn't have been served anymore alcohol. Non smoking was beyond ridiculous, smokers should have same rights as non smokers. Woman at pool with children should have kept them under control, not everyone wants to be wet from head to toe. Bugs in the shower, baseboard pulling away from wall, and hot as hell in hallway to room. Very disappointed in Aloft!!

Excellent service for a table of 6. Ample servings; well cooked.Dinner menu above expectations. Salmon especially well cooked. Being able to order from individual items, instead of main item plus associated veggies for children, appreciated just ordering each item (main meat or fish, fries or other salad, etc) where child liked fish but "not the other stuff."

We liked the room with games, small tables, etc. for gathering with others staying at hotel. We were there on an off season but don't know how business groups there at one time might be in terms of any crowds. Especially liked smaller size of hotel, set ups for smaller numbers of guests, very friendly & what in our experience were well trained staff.Do not use my name, even 1st name in any reprinting, recommendation with your general advertising, etc.

My hanger steak in the restaurant was excellent.Liked the ambience in the restaurant and bar area.Like the funky design overall.

In my leisure and business travel I've stayed in thousands of hotel rooms and don't recall looking out my room window at a mural on the side of a wall 10 feet away. Made room feel claustrophobic. Customers should have been told that it was an obstructed view. The cords to raise and lower the shades were in the corner behind the booth and difficult to access. A major oversight in the room layout. The little sitting area booth is funky but not particularly comfortable or practical. Not much available for breakfast snacks and what was there was overpriced.

Excellent location in relation to the event venue for the purpose of the trip.

No microwave in the room. I had to visit the lobby area to warm up any food.

Always clean. Easy parking. Convivial staff

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. I enjoyed the restaurant and it made it very convenient. We will definitely return soon.
