The hotel was out dated. Room had old furniture. Sinks were all rusted and the shower floor was weak. Kinda scared i was going to fall through.

Convenience only,

Didn't expect only 1 pcs of hand washing soap, no shower soap or any other soap beside 1 bar soap by the sink. No vending machine, no coffee, no market place, place smell like people smoke marijuana.

Clean room

Not enough towel paper or an iron I was there for 5days

The pillow

The cigarette smoke extremely powerful, water was cold no hot water , sheets were smelly I believe they were reused

Budget pricing

It is located near a college bar that has a lot of 2am foot traffic passing by. Try to get a room away from the "Knight Library" bar and on upper levels. Avoid rooms 100-110 at the very least.

It would be my choice but it was near to where I needed to be. The accommodations were decent but the hotel felt aged. I usually stay at a 4-star hotel but they were either sold outfor the night or EXTREMELY expensive. The staff.helped

I Loved the suite, very clean, spacious loved the kitchen area. The staff was great. I will truly stay there again if I go on vacation.

I didn't like like was some little ants crawling around the wall in the kitchen area but I sprayed them down. The smokey smell of the hallway I didn't like. Also the banging and fighting of the people sleeping next door Late at night. Overall it was good

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom! The towels/wash cloths were of poor quality! The room looked nothing le the pictures online!!

Great prices. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Though all of the rooms Ive stayed in were very clean. Some of the handles on the doors inside of the rooms were dirty. The front desk is closed on Sunday w only maintenance on duty, so if you had to stay an extra day, Sun-Mon, theres nothing u can do.

No soap and small towels

The rooms are excellent, and very spacious.

The noise from other tenants, slamming doors all night, and smoke smell in the hallway. There was no coffee in the room. The hotel has no staff on duty at night.

Found a few roaches in the room on different occasions. Nothing saying new in the room. Stains on the carpet and on the curtains

No coffee, too few pillows, cigarette burns on sheets, staff uncaring to complaints. I paid for two rooms for my sisters who were visiting for our mom's 80th birthday. Neither got any sleep and ended up leaving early.

Could use a little fixing up. Carpet stains, torn furniture and edge torn off of countertop, but the place was clean.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff is rude, the location is very unsafe, the people inside, living there are very..... diverse.. they won't refund you your money.. "it's agaianst their policy" and the rooms are disgusting.

It was cheap and in a good location for my needs.

The rooms were dirty and I had to ask for a second room because the sheets hadn't been changed in the fist one I was given. The towels were small thin and very stained.The room and halls were dirty.

The location of my room was great and it was peaceful, got sleep and front desk was nice I will stay there again

The roaches I didn't like you need to get rid of them !!! And the housekeeping opened my door when i was i the middle of getting ready to go to check out so that needs to be fixed.

Spacious and the front desk crew is super nice

Questionable items found in room, one maid was super rude as is the general manager hes worse
