It’s very pretty.
The location for visiting Epic Universe is great! The shuttle works well and is convenient to the park. We loved the large hot tub in the pool area.
The dining options at the hotel could have been better. The drink machine and microwave area were often very crowded. It might be a good idea to add some additional drink machines.
Staff was great and hotel was cool
Beds are not comfortable and room is small for the price you are paying. I’d rather stay at Disney resort or non universal hotel for this price.
Clean room, comfy beds, good food in the cafe
Everything was great!
Clean
The check in process was the worst I wver experienced in a resort with Tyler on the desk asing to his manager every single question and not being able to provide any solutions. I canceled my reservation
modern facilities, great quality fit out. Nice design
Experience on the ground floor room, a lot of noise / banging from the room above us. Difficult to block out and we were mostly at the parks.

The pool was nice
Food options were lacking. Small bar and no real restaurant. ALOT of Kids,,,yes I knew this going in. Room next to me for three night woke me up at 1am with their child running around and the parents doing nothing but koining in. Security took care of on third day.
Amazing hotel, clean, comfy beds, perfect for getting to and from universal parks
Could do with a better restaurant,However the market/cafe were OK if you were staying overnight
a very pleasant and great hotel at this new area. the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. if your main reason is the Epic Universe this is the place. it's just a 5 min bus ride to the theme park (but no walking path for now). the bus is running so frequently so you didn't loose time taking the bus. i'll stay again next visit at the Terra Luna: good value for the room rate.
the variety of food at the quick service restaurant and there is no table service restaurant at the hotel (only the omega cafe).
Brand-new hotel with a distinctive exterior design. Convenient walking distance (about 20 minutes) from the Orange County Convention Center.
Not a quiet hotel. There were multiple groups of unruly teenagers making significant noise late at night and early in the morning. I raised this twice with management, but little was done to address the situation. In addition, while the hotel is new, the interior design does not feel particularly upscale given the price.
Great new hotel. Room was great, pool was excellent and large. The pool was empty during the day as guests were at the theme parks. Staff on the bar and desk were excellent and enthusiastic. Very close to Epic Universal via courtesy buses. Probably only classed as 3 star as doesn't have spa's, entertainment, etc, which aren't needed given that everybody probably only stays to visit the Theme parks
Self service cafe closed at 10pm. People returned from Epic Universal after 10pm. Seemed like a missed opportunity for the hotel and inconvenient for the guests
Clean and comfortable. Best part how close it is and how often shuttle bus travels to parks. Self laundry option was very useful
Limited choice of food, not enough storage options for traveling with family, if you like unpacking your luggage.
The location was great. The shower was great although the soap/shampoo didn’t smell great. The pool and games were nice. Workout area was nice.
Didn’t like the fire alarm going off at 10pm. The floor wasn’t clean-my once white socks proved that. The towels in the bath were cheap and not soft at all. The motion sensor lights made it difficult to work in the room as i had to flail my arms every time the lights went off. Didn’t like the $30/day parking fee. That’s absurd.
When I arrived after driving 14 hours From NC, the day of my daughter’s birthday, after been charged $545They want $750 on the spot because; $35 dollars parking lot plusIncident police, I was in shock andThey said we really sorry but;weWant to collect this right away,I say to this girl at from desk Can you please let me figure outAnd talk to my bank..She said is nothing to doWe need $750 now… very rude…
NoPlain and dark, at the momentThat I step out. I regret it!!!I recommend La Quinta Super clean and people really understand my problem, I stay for four days with free breakfast!!
The hotel looks new, modern and super elegant. The customer service provided by Isis Perez was incredible. She made our vacations unique. She made our Christmas unbelievable.
