Villatel Orlando Resort

The difficulty with the door, locked out a few times and had to wait to have a member of maintenance let us in - code was entered correctly and still wouldn?t open even after calling and trying to have the company reset

The accommodations were amazing and the communication was on point! The kids loved all the activities, water slides, lazy river, etc. Villatel really thinks about everything when it comes to a family staying there.

The only thing I was a little disappointed about was having to pay for parking after paying so much for the Villa itself. I feel like it should have been included in the original pricing.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Spacious unit for our group size.

Having staffing startle us awake just after 8am on check out day by banging on our door and repeatedly ringing the doorbell. Check out is 10am. We know it’s check out day! Ridiculous! Then sent housekeeping to ring again at 9am, then sat outside the unit on a golf cart to make sure we left by 10am. Charge a $300 cleaning fee & then make you start a load of dishes and remove all trash from the house. Provide 1oz of shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom for a home that sleeps 9. You will need to bring or buy more.

Location, staff and accommodations were excellent

Our door entrance code was changed on the 2nd day and we did not receive notice. We had to call front desk around 7-8pm when we came back to be able to enter.

Central location.Resort was family oriented.Lads at the security post were fantastic and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming.

Villas were absolutely amazing! Super clean, spacious and ultra modern. Exceeded my expectations.

Not having the ability to store bags until check in was very disappointing! This is an accommodation that any decent property extends to their guests. While we could use the amenities onsite while we waited, to lug around our bags for a party of 8 was such an inconvenience. Villatel needs to take in consideration that not all guests are driving in & has the ability to leave their bags in the car.

Amazing villa and facilities

Not allowing earlier check in by 1 hour Delays in check in, suppose to check in @ 4 pm however i was standing in front of the fill the door for 30 minutes waiting for the door code to be sent

The accommodations exceeded my expectations. The very prompt response of the staff and helpfulness around the facilities were excellent! MY kids are eager to return.

The bar food service ordering system needs to be streamlined for more efficiency. The online ordering did not always cross over in a timely manner to the kitchen/service staff. Also a sundry shop is needed.

I like how the villas are so clean and well kept . Very comfortable stay , like a home away from home .

I didn’t like that I have to call them over and over again . We had a issue with light in theme room , called to change it 3 times and still didn’t change it before we left

Location and beautiful villa.

Housekeeping missed a few things. There was hair in a couple of the showers and a stain on the sheets in one of the bedrooms.

The villas we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and the beds were so incredibly comfortable! The pool, lazy river, and sports/park were so entertaining for our family!

The Amenities (free) they were nice to have.paid Amenities were lil too expensive. $300 to $80 to rent a Cabana. If you’re staying at the resort Amenities should be free. Would I stay again probably not.

The WIFI was terrible I had to leave the house walk down a block or two bro get WiFI didn’t like we had to pay xtra to use the grill at the home we were renting. It should have been included with the rental price. The grill itself was very nasty so we decided not to add the grill as an add on.The pool was extremely small very miniature and the water look very dirty.

Very nice place. It was spacious and the location was very good. The gym was very good, along with the pool area. The private pool was a great touch and the rooms were well appointed. Overall a very nice, secure place to stay.

The house was quiet, clean and large. It was quiet and relaxing. We were able to have Walmart deliver groceries and we cooked meals. The little pill was great for the kids. Call ahead and pay for heat for the pool.

The blankets offered were very thin.

Service. For paying approx $700/ day in Villa expected a better service. On third day, I asked for shampoo & body wash and waited for an hour but didn’t get it. When I called guest services they couldn’t provide any ETA too. These are basic amenities and need to be delivered reasonably in 30 minutes. It was not delivered for 3 hours until we left and found it when we were back later in the evening

The property is new and nice with all of the amenities you need to stay without having to venture out, unless you want to.

They charge for parking at $35 per day per car even though each unit has assigned spots for 2 vehicles. Feels like a way to take advantage of people that have already paid a premium to stay at the resort.

Great location and my kids loved the waterpark area.

This is not a luxury resort. I found a few issues with this resort and feel this was not worth the money. We went around Christmas so I know rates are higher. 1. Pool area needed to be cleaned. There were food and crumbs all on the floor. The pool chairs were very dirty.2. It’s obvious they threw these homes up because they are cheaply made. One of the living room tables were broke. 3. Toilet in on-suite bath broke. 4. The keypad broke and we were locked out5. They did not collect trash everyday like they advertised 6. The baseboards and ceiling had tons of dirt and dust. I liked the fact it did have a waterpark and the community was gated. I did see a security vehicle patrolling frequently so it brought a sense of security. The resort was quiet and that was also nice.

Very clean and the villa was wonderful!
