I did not like having to pay for parking. I will never stay there again just because of the cost for parking and to make matters worse I have a Plug in Hybrid but could not charge my car.

THE FACT THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME BEING IN BRAND NEW HOTEL MY ANXIETY FOR CLEANESS WAS GOOD, PLEASE KEEP UPKEEP OF CLEANLINESS OF HOTEL.

BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME EACH DAY, JUST NEED TO HAVE DEFFERENT ITEMS AND MORE TURKEY PRODUCT INSTEAD OF PORK OVERALL I ENJOYED IT

I paid to stay there and they charge me for parking ! WTF

The paid parking, the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are flat, and breakfast was disgusting

The breakfast. The coffee was not good. Perhaps the bean grinder would be excellent such as the one in Holiday Inn Express. More ingredients for the oatmeal, pecan , walnuts, cinnamon, honey, etc. A delicious breakfast always wins me over.

Very nice hotel, beautiful decoration in common areas. Super convenient breakfast with many choices. Great location in Lake Nona area.

Parking fee and I would like to have EV chargers on premises.

I will never stay at this Hampton ever againAfter charging me over $160 for the room, they then charged me $10 a day to park in their parking lot. I think this is pathetic.

From the moment we arrived, we had to pay for parking at almost $200/night and then the hotel wouldn't accept cash. Last time I checked this is still the worlds reserve currency and legal tender within the United States

Very confortable, love the bed and the Room is spacious. The bathroom super clean. And they allow dogs

Breakfast could be better

Very clean and a wonderful staff. Everyone was pleasant, the hotel was very nicely laid out and it was close to so many nice restaurants.
