I didnt like the paid parking scam at this hotel. This isn't a parking garage. They don't offer security. Its just the regular drive up and park outside the hotel parking. So why are you making us pay for this? I can't recommend here because of this.

Safety. Relaxing atmosphere. Clean and open common areas. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable room. Great location.

The fire pit wasn't on all day! Really I can't say anything bad about this location it was an excellent experience and we'll be back!

Newer, good location.

Arrived to check in at 8pm. There was nobody at the desk. I had to wait 10 minutes until someone showed up. The front desk staff looks very unprofessional. I couldn't even tell if they worked there. Checkout same, looked liked they just got out of bed.

Dont ever book this hotel. they did not even provide water bottle for kids as courtesy

Beds are comfortable. Location was very convenient. Great breakfast.

Pillows are too small, too soft. You have to pay for parking.

Their was hair inside shower, also your rate went from $135.20 to $170.40 for the 12-26-2025

Why did my rate change to $170.40 for the date 12/26/2025?? I booked from 12/23/2025 thru 12/27/2025 @ $135.20 for those dates, i am requesting you change my rate on 12/26 from $170.40 to $135.20 ASAP that's unacceptable.Please Reply

Great location, clean room, exceptional staff

The room was nice for sure, kitchenette area nice.

Wow this list is long. The front desk was completely understaffed with just one person who looked as if she was still in Highschool. I paid $268.00 for the room and then an additional $25.00 resort fee at the hotel and then $10.00 for parking. The breakfast I came down at 9am and there was one omelet in the chaffer, and no one brought anymore. There were a lot of people at breakfast as well. The hotel is way understaffed. The morning, I was checking out the one front desk person (again looked as if she were just out of high school) was on the phone forever. When I finally got tired of waiting and was visibly annoyed someone in the cleaning staff helped me. I have to say I will NEVER stay at a Home 2 again. I was not impressed at all.

Asked the front desk twice for extra towels, never received them.

Facilities are very clean and comfortable. Easiness to get in and out is excellent.

Staff isn't as empathic as we would like. Variety of breakfast can improve.

The location was perfect for us. The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly.

Two things made our stay not super pleasant. 1. You have to pay for parking. is a 10 dollar fee per day. I don't think that an hotel in that area should charge for parking.2. the cleaning staff left our bathroom without body wash and soap for 2 nights, despite we made the request to refill the bottles four times.

Facility and room were very clean and comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate an early check-in for our unexpected and hastily booked stay after an ER visit prevented us from flying back home. Room was ready within 1.5 hours of booking around Noon.

Breakfast schedule could not be located anywhere on Hilton app or hotel website and was not communicated to us at check-in.It wasn't made clear that you needed to pay for the parking at the start of your stay instead of settling up at checkout. Didn't discover this until I went to pay via the provided QR code at checkout and that's when the online parking timer started. It may have said as much on signs in the parking lot, but we were having to stay unexpectedly due to a medical emergency - reading the fine print wasn't our focus at the time.

No shower chair available for my husband. Walk in shower good but we had to go buy a chair for him to sit on. He is not able to stand long. Did not ask ahead of time about his but I suggest you get some chairs on hand and also a courtesy wheelchair for walkin long distance, inside.

Reception ladies are both too unhelpful. They talk rude especially the oldest one.

Love the fact that as soon as you walk in the place smells clean, the staff was friendly, and love how this place made us comfortable

The only thing was that I wished the breakfast menu was different each day. But it was all still very delicious.

I loved the size of our room! It was very clean. Very quiet area. We were very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was great as well! You could not ask for anything better. Was very pleased. Would stay again, and probably will!

Only on night here and we liked the room - squeaky clean like the rest of the hotel - and the bed was comfortable. Shower and WiFi both very good. Some traffic noise from the nearby main road but otherwise very quiet. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, if a little basic. Walkable to a good Italian restaurant - the reception staff provided us with a sheet of local places.

No cushions on the sofa, so it wasn't the most comfortable we've had. Quite expensive but I suppose that's down to the location.
