Bluegreen Vacations Fountains, an Ascend Collection Resort

Beautiful pool!

OMG the elevators are HORRIBLE. They are past inspection!!! They are broken and scary. PLEASE fix them!!!

The pools and how spacious the 2 bedrooms rooms were

The staff at front desk.

Pools and room styles

More security or staff at night at the waters edge pool after other pool closes.

Liked the pool area at the club house area.

We were there for 9 days and room cleaning was only available at a extra charge.

The layout of the room was Perfect for me and five seventeen year old girls. We never felt crowded or in each other way. The room provided every basic need even a fully stocked kitchen. The grounds at the hotel was gorgeous and well maintained.

1. The wifi is horrible 2. No house keeping so you have to requested towels and pull your on trash 3. Housekeeping staff not very accomdating / front desk staff excellent and knowledgeable

Great location a lot to do for kids food an service good very nice an helpful staff this was our 1st bust an planning now to go back next year already

Only minor problem getting stuck in elevator but the staff was more than great about it that could happen any where mechanical problem an they more than made it right

Good room with pleasant employees

Bathroom fan was so loud I couldn't use it

Big rooms

Beds mattress were old and worn out Unfriendly staff

Great location, beautiful grounds and excellent room.

This location provides easy access to the major hot spots in Orlando!

Nice room, very clean

the atmosphere

Plenty of parking, apartment was well equipped.

Pillows were so thick. No choice of thickness.

The pool area was amazing. Room was spacious and the location was convenient.

The receptionist who worked with us was rude and unable to work with an error with our reservation. Thankfully a manager showed up and sorted things out.

Very spacious. Lots of activities and quiet

We didn’t get room service

I loved the location of the property and the location of the room which was on the highest floor.

The exterior of the building was disgusting! The elevator was so old and dilapidated that we thought it was going to collapse while we were in it.

Location, staff

Bedroom Smells like mold

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was literally sparkling and huge. The grounds are well kept, the playground and walking areas are great. The arcade was so clean and had great games. The views were amazing everywhere.

Wish the did a breakfast buffet.

A very great value for the accommodation! Only problem was all the TV remotes would not work. But they were very prompt to bring replacement.

Nothing really other than the TV remote not working and there was no ability to log into Netflix
