The accommodation was roomy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

The fun fare opposite was noisy until after 11 pm and the bedroom was overlooking the bright lights. The balcony never got the sun.

Very clean, gave all the necessities in the kitchen. And in a very good location.

There was only two trash cans in the property and they’re very small trash cans. One in the bathroom in the master suite and one in the kitchen.

The location was great for visiting Universal Studios. There is a small theme park nearby, but we were not disturbed by it. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We had a two bedroom unit, which was great for our group of five. The value was unbeatable compared to other accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked with updated appliances. Washer & dryer in the unit. The kids enjoyed the pool area.

The property is pretty well maintained, but it needs a deep clean (dirty vents, worn carpet & the spa tub needs thoroughly cleaned).

Excellent location and hotel. For the cost, it was a great deal for several of us staying together for Warped Tour. In fact, I feel like half the hotel was guests attending the concert festival. Rooms and living spaces were quite spacious and well lit, with full kitchen and bath and bedroom, plus master and bath.

Master room had a hot tub next to the bed space, but it wasn't the best looking (off pink, and stained), not that you'd use a hotel hot tub anyway.

Good sized rooms and bathrooms.

Kitchen could use some extra stocking - e.g. oil for cooking, more salt and pepper.

Friendly staff and location

Rooms were nice but need a little attention to carpet and furniture. A deep clean may help with the smell.

The room was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Having a full kitchen and laundry available was very helpful. The location was excellent. So close to the Universal Parks and shopping areas.

The signage for the check-in office could be clearer/larger. Both myself and another guest I saw had trouble finding the office, which is right at the back of the building down a long path.

Very close to stores and universal! People are nice the beds are comfortable, amenities is everything you need! And very spacious has a porch and pool to relax at!

The room and amenities were great, but it wasn’t very clean. Once we walked in it smelled of animal and the shower curtains smelled like mildew. I purchased my own cleaning supplies while we stayed and cleaned the bathrooms and sprayed the room for smell. The carpets and furniture need to be deeply cleaned or replaced. If clean this location and room would have been great!

Nice property. Huge rooms. Comfortable beds. Redoing the pool area but looks nice! Lots of amenities.

No transpiration to area attractions. Had to Uber

Apartment was clean and in a excellent location staff were friendly perfect for universal visits had everything we needed.beds were very comfortable best I've had in florida.

While we were there pool was being refurbished which we did know about before we went looks like it will be really nice when complete only slight issue was air con units were outside our apartment and could be a little noisy at times

The location is perfect for attractions and tourist activities. The room was great and included a full set of amenities. The front staff were amazing and friendly. The maintenance staff were super helpful and kind and fixed any issues I encountered. The pool and hot tub were fantastic.

The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable and seemed to be a bit damaged

We felt very safe the kids could go play basketball and the other games, down stairs by themselves (teens) nice and clean no one bothers you all the time you text if you need anything

Refrigerator needs to be cold before guests arrive. Also, more ice machines on property. Only one on the entire property. Otherwise everything was fine.
