Room was clean and relatively quiet.

Common areas were not clean at all. Took 20 min to check in

The staff customer service WAS AMAZING!! We were so satisfied with the service and the fact that the suite was just opened when we arrived.

As we were reaching our 7th night, the hotel started to get busy but it was great for the staff to be busy I understand.

New hotel with an excellent location close to the Convention Center.

The location was very centric

The didn’t have enough towels. You have to pay for dinnerware

The property it self was very clean.

The curtains in the room were VERY dirty, and no hot water at any point.

Easy access to main roads. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly.

I did not like that complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, hand soap and a hair dryer were not already in the room.

The staff was nice

I didn't like that when I asked for towels they were out and said that they was in the dryer and they would bring them up but never received them. Also they call my room talking about noise complaint when clearly no one was making noise cause my son was at the car and my daughter was in the shower.

Fridge did not work, when I complained like a normal customer. When I informed the front desk Malique, the man had an attiude. Used his anger to call police, he lied to law enforcement stating I yelled and cursed and trespassed me from the property when I simply asked to speak to the general manager "Sarah". Staff racially discriminated against me by serving all white customers and ignoring me at the desk, constantly talking to me as if he knew me from his personal life, cutting me off in conversation, ignoring me completely, walking away while I was talking and simply arguing back when I asked for common respect as a customer. Racism, their black staff member refused to service another black man who was already a customer, but helped all the white customers around me. He spoke over familiar, and when I asked for respect of a customer he called the police. having privacy randomly violated by police, hotel staff covering up the situation from management, refusing to allow me to speak to a manager even after weeks have passed. And they never gave me a refund. They kicked me out of the hotel without providing me a refund, and would not cooperate with BOOKING.COM. They dont train their staff on the law, they ignore Federal Civil Rights laws, and they are completely uneducated on what racial discrimination is. VIDEO OF INCIDENT->> https://youtu.be/8Q43_wRYDCY

Staff is friendly.

No iron. No blower. Bed is broken.

The room was very tidy, plenty of storage, AC blew cool, sufficient blanket to keep comfy.

The shower pressure was very substandard, and the shower head needed a removal and deep clean. I've only ever stayed at long-term stay hotels that offered flatware, cookware, etc. on request so I was surprised when I asked for plates and wasn't able to be accommodated. I'm not sure what's the standard but I definitely prefer being able to not pack my own plates when I travel.

Didn't realize the room I booked was wheelchair accessible. The mattress box was broken so the bed slouched. I mentioned it to the front desk and they moved me to another room.

Keep in mind this is an extended stay. There are long term residents. I can say, I was not happy with my stay. Vending machine had no water, property is loud at all hours of the day/night. Room has staining on bedsheets. Honestly the lack of sleep was the biggest issue. The AC unit made loud noises randomly, banging on the wall at 3-5am every night I stayed. You could hear doors slamming all night. And the curtains didn’t shut all the way leaving street light beaming in your eyes while try to sleep. Me on a vacation away from my kiddos, this really felt like the opposite

Location was nice it’s a basic room. I like the fact that it had a stove and a real refrigerator.

Not to fond of the animals. The hallways smelt like dogs ?. There’s no ice machine. The staff are sometimes hard to find at the front desk.

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

Too much smoking around facility. Outside the entrance people smoking. I had to leave the pool area because of the cigarette smoke. I was told smoking is allowed by pool. This did not seem fair to me.

Too much smoking by pool and main entrance. People dressed inappropriately in the restaurant; fat men in tank tops with fat and underarm hair exposed, backwards hats at table, flip flops, crocs, just generally not an appealing dining atmosphere because of this. Otherwise, the staff and restaraunt is great. But the online menue you scam, does not match the actual menue in sharky’s restaurnt.

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean.

No extra linen, towels, or wash clothes available . You had to return your used ones to be washed and picked up when finished. Most hotels provide extra towels and wash clothes in the beginning.

10 min from Epic universe, super handy. 15 min walk from Walmart and other nice stores.There was a kitchen but no silverware or plates. We didn't need it, but better ask if you will.Friendly staff and good value for money in our view.

No pool area or balcony
