Vista Cay Resort By Millenium

the kitchen was very poorly stocked - two pans; one dishwasher packet and one washing machine packet for 3 day stay. Great view. Blinds were lose and curtain was stuck to patio. AC filter had to be changed randomly on Saturday afternoon. odd.

Hotel was outdated, had roaches and was dirty.

Everything

The Location and the amount of room( square footage) the unit had.

The kitchen was not well equipped. I tried to make pancakes and there was no measuring cup anywhere in kitchen. It also did not have a cutting board and other miscellaneous items. The master bedroom mattress and pillows was very uncomfortable.

Huge place. I booked a townhome but it wasn't what got. But I was still happy with the place maybe more then the townhome

Clean and large

Deposit not returned on check out.

Spacious comfortable and in really good shape

Everything was perfect throughout our stay! We will add this to the top of the list of places to stay when we are in Orlando

No... everything was perfect

Location, plenty of space, parking good, pool areas good.

Smell in the corridor

Close to parks.

Couch hard to sit on. No stopper for kitchen sink. Road noise.. condo by expressway. Pets next door barking. Crack in master bedroom ceiling.

Everything

There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen. We did contact the front desk (Joey) to inform them of this issue.

Location

Pool was a long way away, room had dirty and broken furniture. Tv diddnt work or have cable channels.

The location is perfect. Central for both universal and Disney. The townhouse was huge and very comfortable. Loved the living space. Easy check in, friendly staff. Lovely well maintained grounds.

Bathrooms were dated and could do with a revamp

The property is very clean except the hallway leading to our room had a very foul smell

There were no extra towels nor any pool towels in our room. The hallway had a very foul smell

Room was nice and big

Staff was awful, couldn’t get in touch with anyone at front desk by phone our whole stay. Asked for a late checkout due to flight and they told me to ask day before departure so I did then they tried to offer it for an extra $75 for two hours… wow.. and no one said anything about that when I asked and messaged properly before stay. Location had a lot of construction going on around it so very hard to get in and out of. Pool and hot tub is across the street and way to far to take the kids to. Awful!!

The area is nice and close to Idrive. The apartments are big but need a little bit of TLC.

The pool was closed for renovation. The main reason we picked Vista Cay was for the pool as my daughter is an avid swimmer. If I had have known it was closed I wouldn’t have booked. They charged top dollar too and no discount for having to use the pool at the other resort which was about 1/2 a mile away.

The location is great and is within walking distance of the Convention Center (North/South Concourse), several good restaurants, Walgreens, and Publix (grocery store). It is a quick drive to Sea World and Universal and an easy drive to Disney. It's so convenient to have access to a full kitchen and laundry, and not have to cram too many people into a small hotel room.

We have stayed at various locations here numerous times over the years and every time there is 'something' not up to par. Often it's that the rooms are a bit dirty, especially the floors, or the lights don't work or the tub/shower/sink isn't draining or the icemaker is broken. Sometimes it's just that the place is showing its age and looking a bit rundown. All this said, we keep coming back because the value is great and the staff has always taken care of the 'issues' quickly.

Wonderful resort! As soon as we walked into our room we noticed how clean it smelled. The style of the rooms make you really feel like you’re at home. Big spacious rooms with high cathedral ceilings. Pool was wonderful and clean. We really loved everything about this resort and cannot wait to go back.

Staff at reception when checking in was great, he spent time resolving an issue with accommodation and delivered excellent service

I enjoyed the secure premises. The pool and the bartender were 10/10!!

Nothing! Perfect for family vacation!

The location.

Inside the condo there was damages. Part of the curtain rod fell on my son. The amenities were closed fpr renovations.
