Fantastic resort in the Lake Nona area. Best experience hands down with amenities and near by resources so you don't have to travel far. Room service and turn down service everyday with a friendly staff waiting to make your stay even better.

The staff were exceptional & very customer service oriented. It was very refreshing in this day and age. The hotel is stunning & in a great location. We will definitely be returning.

That we had to leave to return home.

The hotel was beautifully decorated outside and inside. The outside of the hotel gives a hint of what you are to expect inside. The staff was always cheerful and willing to assist.

The only thing that the room lacked was a sink in the toilet room or out side of the shower room for someone to wash their hands after using the restroom while someone is in the shower.

The technology level really stood out, with everything from the lights to the toilet having some form of automation. It was all easy to use and well placed.

The motion sensor for the lights under the bed went off at odd times, such as when a blanket slid down and it was super bright and only stayed on for a second, so even walking around created a strobe light. The staff was kind enough to unplug it for us.

Close to hotel, appealing design, fantastic room with extremely comfortable dreamy bed, nice in suite soaking tub, Toto toilets & black out shades, This hotel has excellent restaurants, cool art and sculpture garden.

Swimming pool not heated/ or broken pool heater.

Everything about Lake Nona Wave was perfect. From our room, to restaurants and amenities. This was our second time going to Lake Nona for valentine weekend and we plan on making it a yearly tradition. Everything was perfect and a major 5 star shoutout to Johnathan he went above and beyond to help make our stay extra special, he even took very nice pictures of me & my husband on Valentine night

Incredible experience from start to finish. Modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel and our room was full of modern technology and great staff. Lots of dining options and bars.

The check in process was very bizarre we had booked last minute at around 11 pm through a 3rd party i had the receipt and the young lady tried to double charge me multiple times … as my boyfriend stepped away she mentioned how she “hated this country” and wanted to go back to DR and she also stated that she’s confused on my sexual preference for men ….

Very clean, location really good, breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The beds were so comfortable and loved the smart facilities in the room the rooms were so quiet at night!

The maintenance staff at the pool were very rude as they were putting sunbeds back!

The toilets lol nothing like a warm toilet seat in the middle of the night

There isn’t anything I can’t think of not to like about the property with the exception they could have more than one microwave for guest to use staying on the 15th floor and having to go to the 2nd floor to use a microwave is kinda ridiculous

This time we found rooms not being cleaned properly, you can see the stains on the side tables and main round table, stain in the bathroom sink, we have change the room on the second one was worse than the first one, so we ended up cleaning our self ( to be fair it was the new year eve and they were busy so could not wait long )
