Rooms cleanliness

The front desk associate need to know when rooms are already paid for in reservations I almost paid $--- for my stay when it was already paid for weeks in advance.

Front Desk attendant was very good 😊

The breakfast attendant said almost nothing to the audience and didn't smile either, in my opinion she was serving alone and for that reason she was overwhelmed.

Friendly staff, room was nicely sized, nice TV, comfortable bed.

Not a lot of food choices in the area. That's more of a downtown Orlando issue though.

The check out staff was not as friendly as the check in staff member, but not a big deal.

Clean and location to the Kia center.

The best part of this hotel is its location. Skip valet and park in the public

The cleaning is not detailed. There was hair all over the bathroom. The restaurant was awful. It took an hour to get our food and it wasn't good for the $--- we spent on just sandwiches and chicken fingers. Mgmt doesn't return any calls.

Location, comfortable room

There was a broken table in our room. Instead of removing it, they tried to fix it IN OUR ROOM at our children's bedtime. Many employees don't speak English but won't seek someone who can help you. They ran out of food &coffee at breakfast. $32 parking.

Loved the pool area and the large room. Hotel was a solid 3 star, and better than many 4 stars.

The friendly staff. Especially the manager and  the bartender. Did an awesome job under hurricane conditions and unruly guest

Excellent location, walking distance to a party areas but still quiet area to rest. Friendly crew members and clean bedroom. Nice gym and cool pool amenities.

Parking horrible. Male desk staff was not helpful upon checkin or any other time. Overcharged me for drinks as well!

Pet charges were totally absurd. $75 for a small dog.

The room was great, with a full kitchen.

I keep receiving charges and credits on my card even though I purchased nothing. I had the dog with us which should have been one charge. At this time I don't even know how much I was overcharged.

The restaurant and bar closed early for the weekend considering there aren't that many local venues. The parking entry was congested on most occasions, but the valet team was friendly, professional, and hard workers!

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff, beautiful room, comfy bed to the superb location.

The rooms were nice and the pool was great. Also enjoyed the store.

Communication between housekeeping was poor when we decided to stay another night

Lady at the front desk was rude. She had blonde hair -middle age. Also when checking in the 2 girl the blond and the ¿assistant manager¿ blonde- thick- short- very chatty with guy infront of me there was a line. She helped him then stopped and left.
