Room was large, clean, and the location was super convenient.

Weird wet dog smell in the hallway.

Amazing hotel, super clean, great breakfast, close to the Orlando theme parks and perfect for a family vacation.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. My stays are always very enjoyable.

The rooms are well laid out, everything was very clean as expected. Beds are very comfortable and a great location.

The Staff was amazing. Very professional, and attentive.

I didn't notice at first, but the blinds didn't open. Figured they would need to have it looked at, but I was mainly at the children's hospital, and I didn't want to open the blinds. Just the last morning while I packed to leave.

We loved the location, the service, the cleanliness, the room, the breakfast—in short, everything.

The Hotel is good, no problems.

The hotel charge my credit card twice and said this is a booking problem. The booking charge me and the hotel charge again and said they do not refund the money. I have to resolve with Booking. The atender lied saying the booking did not sent the money for hotel. I give my card to eventually not to be charged. They can’t do it. I never back to this property, this hotel was banned from my list. The question is, they have respect with the costumer?

I didn't like how one of my bed sheets was dirty with makeup the sheet under the blanket, so I believe it was never changed

Location to what we were doing great.

Room felt cramped. Fridge too small-was hoping to have the cheapy kind with a freezer. Need a nightlight in the bathroom. And the bathroom door needs to be solid. You can't turn the bathroom light on in the middle of the night without lighting up the entire room. Not a good idea for glass.

Very clean. Nice breakfast!

Bed linen felt scratchy. The mini fridge was not turned on. The bathroom light only turned on bright. The lower light in the shower only powers on when the bright light is turned on. That bright light woke my husband in the middle of the night when I used the bathroom.
