the pillows are ridiculously large, hard and heavy - which created neck strain. Would like to have two different types of pillows on the bed... with one being soft enough to not cause one's head and neck to be at a 45 degree angle all night

Check in was a pain. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Not worth the price

TV in the room was good size and hung on the wall vs. taking up space on the cabinet.

There is no Disney store like the other hotels. The one small store that sells food and drinks was closed by 9pm. The beds in the room were hard as a rock and so were the pillows - not comfortable. Felt like a business hotel. Overpriced!

The staff was great. The view was the best thing about the hotel. Outstanding

The elevator area had a urine smell to it. I had no maid service for my entire stay. I thought that was an automatic service. For$-- + a night ,and $44 mandatory hotel fee, I expected a little more. The toiletries are substandard

Love how modern and clean the hotel is. Everything was absolutely impeccable and the staff are so nice! Hotel employee was beyond helpful and so sweet that she even gave my son a birthday pin and some little goodies for his birthday. Amazing!

Proximity to the water taxi to the parks. The bar area had comfy sheets to rest and enjoy a drink. The room had a perfect view of The Tower of Terror. Overall, we had a great time.

You have to use the valet to take your bags in and out of the hotel. No self service

The location the new modern feel and the quiet comfort of it. I loved the room with the Epcot view and the floor to ceiling windows. Very friendly kind people and a nice ambiance. I truly enjoyed it.

The furnishings were modern and new.

The presidential suite was simply poorly designed. Only sleeps 2 unless you get roll-away beds that take up all the space in the living area. A dining room table that sits 8? Why? 20+ minute hold time every call to the front desk.

Rooms are clean.

Nasty and rude experience with staff. I requested late check. She said she called my cell without ever calling me. She is a liar. She shared my address and phone # with other guests. She was trying find a way to charge me for an extra day.

Beds were really comfortable - close to Epcot - good view of fireworks - restaurant was delicious - used grab and go shop for breakfast
