Location and pool

This hotel asked me to leave when my daughter took a Belgium waffle to our room from the hotels free continental breakfast.they said they would refund our money for the two days paid and the security deposit and they did not..I was a good guest.

Absolutely nothing

Nowhere was it posted I had to check in before 11. I called the number posted on the door for the woman to hang up on me and never checked in. Still haven’t gotten refunded. Looked ran down with drug addicts outside. Don’t bother booking here

The location, spacious room, clean, no bugs

Did not feel very secure

How water went out Saturday night. Did not notify anyone checking in on Sunday about the issue until you arrived for check in. Did not want a weekend service fee so didn't call anyone out to even look at water until Monday.

The staff is wonderful

No hot water the whole stay the rooms are very old

I only Needed a Place to sleep and Shower and was only there 4-5 hrs and paid 50.00 - wish it was cheaper but Lady at Desk gave me a GREAT Room

They took my money an said I damage their linen with ot any proof, I had to change my own bedding an sweep the floor myself, it had Roaches in the bathroom, an the general manager was horrible. the worst manager I HAV ever met.

There was not soap in the room, when I asked the front desk attendance she just said they have not soap. There were roaches in my room.

There were bugs on all of the furniture in our room. We requested a refund and left immediately but were told that the manager was no in and to contact her at a later date to request a refund. It?s been a week and I have yet to reach the manager

This is a budget hotel. OK. For the price, it is an excellent place. That's it.

Orange juice in the Continental breakfast?

Didn't feel very clean. Bathroom had hair in the sink. Sheets were stained. Definitely more like a 1 or 2 star place.

Location and nothing else

Lots of roaches, rust around tub and no stopped for water. Room smells. Slide door doesn't work.

Location was good but staff is arrogant and specially the lady General Manager.

It was my worst experience with this hotel. They were rude and arrogant including lady General Manager, they denied me a bowl at 9.30 am for breakfast when I was having free breakfast included and I forgot my electric toothbrush and they garbage it.

The day that we arrived, I wanted to change the room to a downstairs room because of my knee but they said that there was no availability but when I went to the pool, I counted five or more rooms empty.

You can only access, your room through the lobby because all the other entrances are locked with a chain. They booked us In the back of the hotel. It would¿ve been along way to walk with your luggage. The beds were caved in the furniture was very worn.

Water pipe broke, there was no water to take a shower with.

The women at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was old, smelt like urine behind fabolosa. The bed smelt of urine¿pretty disgusting place! Never again!!!

EVERYTHING!first room was musty w/bugs on bed, sofa bed was wet. Something spilled on the floor in front & under sofa bed. Moved to another room & it was very similar. We requested refund & got run around. Ultimately said they would but havent seen it yet

Nothing! I would never book here again now would I recommend it to anyone. Less than 5 minutes in my room and left to go elsewhere because I felt completely unsafe and the hotel was so gross and dirty.

Live bugs/mites on front desk. Was checked into the same room as another guest. When given another room, the door didn't lock and it had obviously been broken into previously. The floors were coming up in the room, so much so that I tripped. Not safe.
