TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Near Universal

The location was convenient and the room was spacious.

The bedding had a large stain, and the unexpected parking fee added extra cost.

Great Breakfast selection

No medicines in hotel store and no nearby corner-store

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, which made getting around easy. The overall space felt comfortable and modern.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good location

Nice staff, very modern, updated and clean.

Rooms felt small, but the high ceiling helped. Breakfast was good but they ran out of a lot of stuff and we got to breakfast 30 mins before closing time.

Yes, when i was booking it was saying free parking but when i parked they said 26$ per night plus breakfast was so week. Bunch of stuff were empty

There was no hot water. They were made aware of the situation in the evening by another guest and they did not attempt to correct it til the morning. When a maintenance person arrived So we had to take cold showers.

The price was not only very affordable but it was in a great location and was just very nice.

The continental breakfast could have been a little better. But the staff was very quick to replace missing items.

Very nice lobby and hotel, Extra large double room. Great amount of space for a family

More of an apartment than a hotel room decor Not a complaint just for me

Breakfast was great.

One of the nights we had no hot water to shower. It was a cold night in Orlando so it was not possible to shower with cold water plus I have two little kids and did not want to put them thru that bad time. Hotel had no management on site to help.

Big rooms, great breakfast, great service.

All good

The room was really comfortable, clean and staff was friendly and efficient

Staff members were courteous, the hotelswas clean and in proximity to many shops, bars ans restaurants

Parking is not free and breakfast is done by 9am

None. Do NOT stay here.

After check out they randomly charged me a pet fee & would not correct it. Had to do a charge back w/ my credit card. Hotel is not actually an Universal Partner. They advertise that they are but do not actually have any discounts or shuttle to the park.

Clean room & bathroom, nice mini- kitchen, good breakfast, nice laundry facilities.

Room design Comfortable bed Breakfast choices

Low flow shower head Doors required key card to exit. Therefore, once I checked out, I had to exit the front/main entrance and walk around the hotel to the back parking lot.

Clean, comfortable

Location was in a busy, uninspiring location. Local restaurants in the area were swamped, and the restaurant employees overwhelmed.

Super clean & accommodating

Breakfast had minimal options

The location

The room smelt like septic tank this is now twice this has happen at that location very disturbing and there alarm kept making noises beeping all night long until I just covered it ! I have to go even went downstairs to ensure there was a gas leak or fire

hotel was very clean the staff was great and it was very quiet

The surprise when I checked in was a $20 fee every night that I stayed, But I got it back after I check out , there was a $17 parking fee for every night that I stayed that was a surprise , I was told parking was free When reservation was made,Not happy
