Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-International Dr. North

Close to universal studios and friendly staff.

Needs a little more light in the room. The breakfast was good but cold eggs and sausage would have been better if they were warm.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfy. Love an 11 am checkout! Breakfast was great!

Unknown to me on arrival they charged a fee of 25 dollars per night. The clerk was unable to answer when I asked what the fee was for.

The room we rented was very spacious given it was an accessible room so we had the extra room it was extremely clean I loved the sliding up and down curtains the location was perfect

The first thing I noticed was at breakfast there is no air conditioning. They also need to put a mini fridge down there so the cream cheese could be refrigerated and I think they should have more choices for breakfast.

The breakfast, location and amenities

Found here on one of the bed pillows (but I always bring my own pillowcases and sheets) And there was a lot of tiny hairs in the shower like someone was shaving. The top wasn't really clean to my liking

The staff

The location is hard to find, ie behind Dunkin Donuts, and it doesn?t have a restaurant or coffee shop.

The hospitality, the staff, the breakfast and the cleanliness we are very satisfy with the hotel

The room was comfy and clean. The location excellent, the breakfast was good. Definitely recommend!

There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel and it is close to the universal studios walk.

Hotel was understaffed, did not fix any issues, and breakfast was awful. Our toilet and ac were broken on arrival at 4pm. The eggs at breakfast were like rubber, the potatoes were frozen and the waffles and juice were empty.

Breakfast included

entrance is weird and you can't turn left into it.

Easy and fast check in/out.

I spend one week in the hotel, not ones the carpet was vacuum. During the night shift my wife reported a missing item from the room, she was not well treated and the person in charge try to make her feel like she was make it up.

It is what I am acumstom to at Hampton Inn By Hilton. The hotel was cean, fresh in appearance, and great amenities.

It was minor but the food in the refrigerator had not been removed and there was trash in the can in the restroom.

It was towards the back of lot so off the street and not directly on strip.

It is quiet, there isn't a large crowd of people. We could get into the elevator without having to wait long and we could also quickly grab something to eat for breakfast.

The staff could have been some more welcoming.

It's quiet. Not too busy. The breakfast is enough (variety and quality).

Nothing. It was good.

NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Tried to check in they did not have mig booking number that took about an hour to fix after a long day of traveling then get to the room my key card didnt work mist if the time. Had to use the bathroom couldnt even flush the toilet only pork products

Location, breakfast and cleanliness

The toilet flush was not the great and had to fix a couple of times.

Fantastic location. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodated us with a late checkout. Breakfast was good and had fruit and pastries available as cold options . Would definitely recommend.
